In cricketing terms he feels like a bit of a flat track bully but considering he's still very young and had that horrendous crash I know that's being harsh. I'm still not convinced he'll live up to the hype though, I've seen so many new boy wonders come and go (usually labelled "the next Merckx" of course) I've become cynical. Tre Valli Varesine is good racing.
7 man break now with 40 seconds, but strong. Kron, Parent-Peintre, Oliveira, Formolo, Uran, Rota, De Marchi.
Pog had a puncture and dropped back to what's left of the peloton (only about 20 riders in it), and is just waiting for an attack to follow, so he doesn't drag people up to Formolo. Latour, Vlasov and Nibali have all tried to go on the attack.0 -
