So I have a VPN and I can watch any state broadcaster on my iPad.

The first year in nearly two decades that I won't be able to watch De avondetappe.

Fancy EF Education may be giving the team competition a bit of a go this year but I find it difficult to look beyond Jumbo-Visma.
