I doubt i have seen even a clip of Loose Women in the last 10 years, but unless it has undergone a massive transformation, it isn't exactly surprising that it's not a citadel of rigorous journalism.

'Don't pork the payroll' is an old pice of good advice, but I'm also a believer in innocent until proven guilty: unfortunately the latter doesn't seem to apply in Cake Stop where the accused is either a Tory and/or rich and successful.

Having been sceptical at first, there does seem to be something weird about this photo. If it has been manipulated, it seems to have been done rather carelessly, though I don't really care. Just mildly intriguing what's going on.

True. At this point in time the most obvious clue to AI manipulation is wonky fingers and there are some in that "photo". Life will get confusing when AI resolves this.
