  • How can it be a proper race when a Frenchman won? :)

Talking of proper races, the 70th Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana starts on Wednesday, as does Geraint Thomas's season.
De La Cruz, Valverde, Rui Costa and Dan Martin, Adam Yates, Chaves and Mike Snow, Naesen, Cobrelli, Mohorič and Teuns, Magnus Cort, Ion Izaguirre, Bilbao and Lulu, Groenewegen, EBH and Kreuziger, Bouhanni, Terpstra and Van Averaert are all on the startlist.

Opens with a 10km ITT, with Friday and Saturday's stages the best options to attack those specialist trialists.

Live coverage of each stage on Eurosport from 1-30pm.

Hope Eddie Boss can remember to steer after his winter Zwifting!

Clearly he can remember how to steer, or else the course was dead straight, as Eddie boss wins the opening TT and sticks hid middle finger in the air to all the Zwift doubters!

the lad gets a fair bit of stick on here. Sky ruined him, yet he won the tour of Britain etc etc.

what is zwift, is it for dullards to talk about power whilst lying about their weight..?

Zwift is where you can ride an ebike and pretend it is all your own legs.

And you can't do that in real life outdoors?

In Zwift, you can have the battery on show on your rear pannier without fear of it being spotted

Trentin takes today's stage from the Boxer then Swiftie. Then Colbrelli & Kristoff. The Zwifter finished 6th and retains his race lead.

Groaningwagon was very impressive there. Actually looking forward to the first chance to see him vs Kittel vs Cav vs Ewan vs Viviani.

Is Colombia being shown on the tellybox/interwebs?
Napoleon, don't be jealous that I've been chatting online with babes all day. Besides, we both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.

The TTT starts in one hour. There are two hours of live coverage for each stage.
Unfortunately Senal Colombia, who have an unrestricted stream, have lost the rights this year, to ppv channel ESPN.
Bottom line is that we will have to wait and see if anything turns up....

  • Ho ho ho. Oscar Sevilla's little conti team Medellin, half a minute faster than anyone else.
All the other teams, tightly packed.
Their San Juan.....................er.............mojo hasn't worn off.
I wonder how they will stack up against the WT teams, when it's their turn?
