Although you have to be popular to get elected. It's a conundrum.
Is there any MP across any of the parties who you look at and go, yep they'd do a better job?

Angela Raynor's definitely more exciting, but doesn't have the feeling of a safe pair of hands.

You're the master of understatement there. She's not even a safe pair of legs if 'Growlergate' was anything to go by.

The point of course of raising interest rates is indeed to make people have less disposable income, as they've spent more of it on debt servicing.

Liz Truss hastened our arrival which means most people will see a doubling rather than a steady rise

The rest of the world is experiencing the same, so not sure Liz had much impact.

She did, but mercifully briefly, so those re-mortgaging whilst the "muppet premium" prevailed are paying more than they would have done in a Truss-free world, but the muppet premium has long-since been eroded.

I don't think she flashed Boris, but she did decide to tell a bar full of MPs that she had done. She then got all offended when she was quoted on it.
    No she didn't.
Seemed to be evidence supporting this as her language was unusual and they all quoted the same thing. So either she said it or it is a conspiracy and it is an odd thing to conspire about.

I'm surprised you take the story seriously at all.

I said it's open to debate. If you are 100% sure that it didn't happen then tell us why you think that.
have a quiet sit down and ask yourself the likelyhood she whipped her knickers off and flashed Boris with 200 people sat behind him and the cameras on her.

why has the footage never been leaked?
Who said anything about her whipping her knickers off?
a flasher so vanilla that they did not expose themselves could hardly be called a flasher
So if you're 100% sure it didn't happen then tell us why.
