I cooked (for the first time) a Lamb Biryani using (amongst other things), fresh spinach, fresh Coriander, home made Paneer, Lamb marinaded in oil, ginger and garlic overnight.
    Plus home made Naan.

    Washed down with Guinness.

I know what to do next time to improve it a little but it was good.

Curry plus Guinness. I hope your bog has a window or a decent extractor fan.

Prażone about to go in the oven. Polish sausage & bacon, potatoes, onions and parsley with plenty of seasoning. Enough to feed 8 people or one hungry seano. utterly scrumptious 😋

I'm mashed after post deluge/monsoon ride.
    But... that's a great idea.

Perhaps I could coin the phrase 'i'm Colcannoned'.

Tikka Masala scoffed with home made Naan bread.

In an attempt to replicate an authentic Tikka Masala, including marinating the Chicken overnight in Yoghurt and spices, it was a lot of work. Worth it though.

Just demolished an exquisite crème brûlée which I crammed in making it between everything else, in a hurry.
Made it with vanilla and Nutmeg. In fact, it was so good, it was quite wrong in so many ways.

I'm trying out being a turkeytarian today. Well if you don't count a good helping of pigs in blankets :)

Unless free range Turkey (cost more than a tank full of super unleaded), not for me.

Roast beef and Yorkshire pud fir me today.

Did I say the Chicken Tikka was good?
I forgot to add the condiment I made for it: Kashew nuts soaked in milk for a few hours and then blitzed and put into Yoghurt.

Prepared a nut roast last night with cashews, carrot, courgette onion, and garlic, but encased in puff pastry. Had it every year for last 4 years and is lovely. We somehow ended up with no potatoes apart from new pots, so have to have them. We also have veggie cocktail sauausages and some really ok fake bacon, so intend to make fake pigs in blankets which was always my favourite part of Xmas dinner.

I’m cooking roast duck tomorrow and could do with some pointers.

Curry ordered. Tandoori king prawn masala for missus, butter chicken for kids and an extremely daring lamb dhansak for me.
