    I was there on the final climb, less than 3 km short of the finish, and trundle was what Pinot did – smiling and exchanging a few words with those able to run alongside him, not a problem since he wasn't riding that fast in profi-terms.
    He looked very comfortable and composed, so I imagine is definitely going only for certain stages.

    I know nothing was expected of him on such a stage, but Tony Martin was even more relaxed - slowing his pace almost to a standstill when those who got close wanted to shake hands or have a slightly more extensive chat - which didn't seem to bother him at all, rather the opposite.
