Quicky before the rain. Shame the little one on the right sneaked out of frame.

We have some of those in the garden courtesy of birds I guess as we didn't plant them.
Columbine (Aquilegia) Nora Barlow. My flower knowledge isn't great, so thanks Google.

Didn't beat the rain here. Bit of a sentimental one as this rose bush was planted by the wife when our old Staffie, Rosie, died and has her old collar around the base. It has always bloomed incredibly well and grows huge every year

OK, since we've gone all floral, here's one of my neighbour's roses this morning, before the rain - it's a pity you can't scratch 'n' sniff, as he only has highly scented roses.

Timing was all tonight: very heavy rain followed by a break in the clouds meant shiny mud:

    Turneresque. Like.

That one is worth getting framed I reckon.

Maybe, though the glow wouldn't be as luminous in a print... reminds me of the days of slides v prints...

Didn't quite get the reflections I would have liked, but rather summed up today... going for moody Ben look... though not abstract enough.

If you'd got lower to the floor, you probably would have seen a stronger reflection. Tends to take the glare off.

    It's nice though!

Tried that, and then didn't have the puddles in the right place for full reflections...

This morning. Absolutely stunning displays near Dunkeld.

I don't remember putting any drugs in my chicken casserole tonight... oh, it must have been the rhubarb then.

    Stunning!
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

Only just caught it in time, having dashed out with the camera after a rather lengthy Zoom meeting. Glad I made the effort.

    Agreed.

Ta both - was also lucky the stiff north north westerly had died out too for a good reflection... had the tide been a bit further in, it would have been even better... but it'll do.

Yeah, I'd be quite happy to have taken that.

Found a live webcam of this beach. I can check on any sunsets from the sofa now. Great!

It was straight from the camera. A slight adjustment to the white balance only and voila.
