Unexpected snowfall around here this morning. Very seasonal in Wentwood where I took the dog for a run.4 -

Didn't manage to get out for a ride today. Too much black ice and not enough salt on the lanes.

I got out for a bit or two... didn't escape the mist/fog all day, though not far away it was bright & sunny all day.
A bit of flash to make this one work...

Nicely balanced flash. The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.Veronese68 wrote:PB is the most sensible person on here.1 -

It's actually a church that was mostly destroyed by a stray incendiary bomb, well outside Exeter, in WW2 - only the tower survived.0 -

Nah, some sort of Romanesque invasion thingy re-enactment, involving Picts and Chariots and buxom women.masjer said:seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -
On a similar tack, I was at Burry Port one summer with my then GF and we crossed a small river and walked along the sands for miles. On our return, a Haar rolled in and we could hear the sea to the right of us and somewhere on the left was the land but we could see neither, just simply following our footsteps back.
A sublime moment which i'll never forget.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -

Just had a look at the original file, and the detail the (£200) camera picked up is indeed quite good.

It was taken through 2 (dirty) panes, so quite good. Less than 1cm in area.0

Just one take and thought he's probably done his best move, so left it at that.

Only just enough light. I don't think I'd want to blow it up too much (noise).
Magicseaweed has just given me wave envy!
