I think the slight upping of pace and the fact that Amber Neben rode a world class tt a few days ago means that the gap is slowing dropping - Neben's form does not look that smooth (well not as much as when she broke away) but she still looks pretty damn good for her position and the amount of work she is doing0 -
Yeah, for a time triallist her position on the road bike is shocking.0
-
18 km to go and teams are discussing whether to back themselves in a bunch sprint finish or start to attack soon to avoid one.0
-
The TT winner Neben off the fron (and has been for 10-15kms) and has 40 secs
Aus, NL and Belgium on the front but more maintaining rather than active chasing. GB lurking rather nicely I think

5km to go. Huge show of strength from the Dutch team organising their sprint train for Wild who has Vos' wheel.0
-

Great picture of Lizzie being first to congratulate Amalie - not sure if the young Dane was even certain (or believing) she had won (although Wild def knew she had lost)0 -

Hey @BritishCycling, this is why you send juniors to the Road World Champs, so they have the experience to win 2 years later! #UCIDoha2016

Always funny when a team dominates and gets their sprinter into the perfect position only for them to lose out.0

True
To be fair BC had a cluster of young riders in the main race and they all did pretty well.0
