Today is another long day of work meh, so yet again no exercise - so I've parked on the other side of time and had some (little) exercise
Did you have to get to 88mph?
Michael J Fox had a better car than TLW.

and how well has that worked for him?

I demolished a 10oz Ribeye steak, with tomatoes, mushroom, onion rings, chips, salad and a peppercorn sauce. It was amazing.
What discount did you get out the envelope?
I got 25% off. That knocked £18 off the bill, so 2x 3 course meals came out at £55, and that was 2 lots of ribeye! Bargain!

    Morning Losers!

Wet and miserable day here in Bury, however there's football this afternoon, and we've signed a player called Jermaine Pennant, who I believe is meant to be quite good, so it should be exciting!
After that, I'm off to walk some dogs with my friend.

Well he did break the 88mph barrier :)

I quote fancy one of the same make as yours, but it would have have those three little letter's 'AMG' on it.

    Afternoon,
After 4 hours sleep last night (and not all in one go) I'm a bit knackered today. Got two kids and a puppy to keep entertained though so falling asleep isn't really a suitable option. Might drag one of them out and leave the wife to deal with the what's left. Unfortunately that can't be the dog as he's not allowed out until next weekend.

    sunday

Feeling like I need a lot more sleep, but as last night was exceptionally boozy - that might be the reason

Today is a few jobs, then drop the MIL off and see other family before dinner at my parents with my grandparents - so not the most exciting day

    Afternoon you week old gussets,

Bit too much booze last night means using the sds drill for digging the clay out of the pipework channels has been painful, so bad that i sacked it off and am now watching the football in front of the fire with a nice cuppa.

Having done a few jobs and avoided others I'm listening to some footy in between Dads taxi work.

Got an interview this week, think it will only be a practice job. Only 2 weeks till holidays !

@TLW - hope your OH sorts out another job. In the meantime, enjoy the reduced Dad's taxi stuff and working at hone to let builders in etc.

    Morning Losers!

I really cba this morning. I was having a fantastic sleep, interrupted by my alarm.

Today, I'm back with retard minion, and I don't think I am able to stand his BS today. It might be one of those weeks where I have to pull him aside and gently tell him to shut the fark up as he's annoying everyone.

After work, I have to tidy the house up. The kitchen is at a point where I have no room to put my cup and bowl down to make breakfast! I need to sort my life out!

    'fraid so TLW.

    morning arselings,
I'm sure I posted on here yesterday. Something really witty in which I changed the 3 letters Stevo wants on a Merc to OAP. Tried to buy a wiper motor for the 'rents old Micra from some shower and they couldn't supply it. Main dealer at more than the car is worth. Used on Ebay for £20 will have to do, still more than the car's worth. Going to go up the road and get my ears lowered shortly. When I wear a cap under my lid it's getting a bit too big, keeps my head warm though. Not much else going on today, I've not managed to upset anyone yet so it's been pretty quiet.
    Onwards and upwards...

Memory loss is a terrible thing :)

Talking of car parts, I got contacted by some dodgy geezer claiming to be in the car business and wanting to meet up for 'a beer' in Bromley this week. Hmm...

    Morning Losers!

I had such a productive evening that I feel quite good today. I went for a run, went shopping, tidied up, washed up, showered and even managed some PS4 time!

Today I have to work with retard minion, and that's not good.

Tonight I get to go to my dog-walking friend's house, and that is very good.

Struggling to keep my eyes open, might have to have a shot of coffee. Very quiet in here, not surprising for the end of January. Got to change the forks on a mate's son's bike later if I get a chance. Hopefully the Mrs will get back on time to do dinner as the trains are up the swanny, sounds like a couple of jumpers as there are two dead at different stations. Hate to think what would push them to the point that jumping in front of a train seems like a good idea. Hoping it stays dry for my wobble home.

    Afternoon,
Somehow I'm still awake but think I might be getting a cold or something as I feel rough for no real reason. Day off tomorrow to take the young un to the dentist. That's going to be fun, it's going to be a GA so probably there all day.

  • The Wednesday! Happy February!

    Morning Losers!

I managed to do my tax return yesterday. Nothing like leaving it to the wire. I only have to pay £26 in tax, so not too bad I suppose. Does make me wonder why I bother though.

Today, I have to survive retard minion again. He asked for Friday off and said it's fine if it was too short notice. I'm now doing everything I can to get cover! I had a dream that he'd handed his notice in last night, and I was struggling to hide my excitement whilst saying "Sorry to see you go"

Shoot is it only Wednesday :(

Working from home as I've got decent commutes for the next couple of days - which is bad planning as it means I'm far away from the local on Friday

    Evening Mongs,

Only just got on here as I've been stupidly busy dealing with continental cretins at work. That and a bit of pedalling. Tomorrow should be easier as I'm working from home to go get the brakes done on the car. Strifey should be taking it but she's a lazy Bint !

    Morning Losers!

I feel quite good today. I don't know why. Maybe it's because I had pasta for the first time in ages last night, maybe it's my magic fuel! I'm sure the commute and the retard minion will knock the wind out of my sails though.

I'm going to be doing lots of work today, but little of it for actual work.

Working at home as the car needs its brakes doing. So emails coffee and a bit of peace, except when I've got to go get the bloody thing back. Hopefully my continental f***wit colleagues will not keep me quite so busy today! So far it hasn't been too bad...

Onwards to more tax avoidance :)

Spending the day with an IT bod in an attempt to get more involved with the IT at work. He doesn't care though, so we have spent the morning so far discussing local house building, people who he doesn't like at work and PC retail issues.

Not sure what I'll learn today. Good way of passing the hours though. :)

Work meh that deserves to be eradicated via the pub later, but can't as another long commute :(
