Jesus this is a long week

Today is the joys of an all day meeting and later daddy day care - so a day to forget

After a decent lie in and going to get the hound back from where he was staying while we were away, I'm now having to do some work  But am at least working from home this afternoon, unlike tomorrow when things are bound to go a bit mad.

    Morning Losers!

Work has been quite quiet this week, and as a result, retard minion has been on overdrive. He still talks to me when I have headphones on, sometimes I'm listening to loud music and people in the office says it's hilarious that he stands waiting for a response, then just asks again!

After work today, I'm off over to Dog-Walking Friend's house to make some curry and some apple crumbles for our weekend away.

Decent sleep meant I didn't get chance to run this morning, which is a shame as it's the first time I've left for work after 6.15 for the last 2 weeks

Later is being good again, which is boring

Slightly mental day at work followed by straight out for free food and booze. Not sure why I promised myself I would pedal to work tomorrow!

  • IT'S FRIDAAAAAYYYYYYYY!!!!

    Morning Losers!

TFI Friday! This week feels like it's gone on a bit. Today I'm leaving work at 3:30, coming home to get changed and then head off with my Dog-Walking Friend to the Peaks for a weekend of, well, walking the dog... and other activities.

I believe there's WiFi, but if not, have a great weekend, y'all!

    Morning lurkers and shirkers,

Today will involve digging stuff, chopping stuff, shredding stuff, avoiding stuff, eating stuff, drinking stuff and being thick at stuff at a quiz night.

    Morning clagnuts,
Very glad that Fryday is upon us. Had the day off yesterday to do some bits and pieces, none of it went to plan but it certainly beats being at work. Being Fryday I will of course be off to the the cafe to consume my own body weight in pig based products. Going to the pub after work tonight, I'll hang around long enough until we run out of the money from the company then might have to go and join my mates.
    Onwards and upwards...

    Morning,

I'm probably the only one here not glad it's Fryday. When the kids come home from school we've got them 24/7 for a whole week. School holidays are farkin hard with my kids. Anyway, going to take the mut to the beach and chill today. Restore my zen balance in preparation for next week.

    Evening Wasters,

Still at work after another rather busy day but it's cider time tonight once I've pedalled home. Strifey is headed out for lunch with friends over in Kingston tomorrow so I will get most of tomorrow free for fettling of bikes and sorting out ski gear for next weekend (V68, you will need to put me on your ignore list shortly :D )

    saturday

Stupid lack of sleep, bright side I've caught up with the grand tour

Decent day yesterday as the wife got offered a part time job and some consultancy work with her old boss - so now we need to force the redundancy and get a compromise agreement

Today is a decent run when it gets light and the dad taxi stuff/haircut in town

Later is friends over for dinner including one couple and their four ferkin kids who are staying - so it will be nuts

Strifey is in Kingston having lunch with some mates so peace reigns chez Stevo. Stropteen has homework and the hound is snoozing. Time to do few things on my job list rather than somebody else's. ..

    Morning mudpluggers,
EPO's birthday today so had a lazy start with extra food. Got the lad to pick up croissants on his way back from last nights party, he rolled in just after 10 smelling of booze but with the necessary pastries so all good. He's off to rugby training then round to my folks for lots of food and cake. Ideal way to spend a Sunday.

    MONDAY

Working from home is the order of the day to get stuff done and get the hole in my tooth fixed - now waiting to be admitted to the torture chamber...

@bg - it'll be more like Ski Milfs than Ski Bunnies for us !

So do I block w@nker666 now or wait in the futile hope that he will post pictures of ski bunnies? I mean real girls with a pulse that he meets rather than images he lifts off t'interweb. Hope that cold mountain air doesn't make your tooth hurt.
I'm not jealous either bg.

Evening great guys, top chaps and Stevo,

Had a day of hard labour culminating in getting the local firemen out to a fire in our chimney, turned out to be a small electrical cable getting torched. Gave em all a beer and thanked em as they left.

Just watching ARSEnal on the telly box hoping for another non league giant killing!

    Where isn't everyone Tuesday?

Late posting as I started the day with a decent run and then as I'm off for the day enjoyed a nice lunch with the family in town whilst the car got new boots

After a good game of football I've got the log burner going and watching a film with the kids..... going to be hard to leave this warm room and go out for a walk later!

No idea, Mule seems to be doing too much 'dog walking' to start the daily thread; bg has probably had some horrific agricultural accident and Veronese won't be seen for days after discovering the Ski Bunnies website :)

Me, I've been stoopidly busy today with big scary numbers and big scary budget numbers, just coming up for air now I've made them disappear - it must be time to pedal home soon and have a cider.
