Surely someone of your advanced years remembers Biopace? Shimano's attempt at making ovalised chainrings that did bugger all except shag the rider's knees.

Anyway that's what I blame for my goosed knee. Oh, and getting hit by a bus and breaking my knee cap when I were a lad and dislocating my knee the first time I went skiing.

I do remember them the first time around but I'm acting far too young to admit it!

Not the luckiest lad growing up were you?

Just blame old age JBA, people will believe that.

Not a bad drive South given its on one of the most boring roads in the country. Work tomorrow unfortunately.

Finished the Great Wall of Shelving in the shed, so I now have a mahoosive stash of brownie points. Burned all the offcuts to celebrate.

Day off tomorrow, by day off I mean day in town shopping for stuff apparently

    Evening 4nalbeads,

Did some lumber jacking today, dropped four trees for a mate, the three silver birch came down exactly where i wanted them, the bigger conifer landed 180 degrees from where i expected it to land, fortunately it landed safe from the barn.
Mate who was helping was heard to shout 'it's going the wrong farking way'' suppose it beats shouting 'timbeeeeerrrrrrrrrr'

In other news we are having a pizza and tabletennis evening with some friends and their grandsons, reckon I'm going to get my arris kicked! Best get on the beer!

    You're a lumberjack and you're OK :)

Had a meeting with advisors this afternoon, early finish followed by free drinks. Not too bad overall.

Good evening those that have BJL's,

Had a pleasant evening yesterday, down the local town to listen to A bit of music and had boozes, today I've been tiling a floor, got all the full tiles down, just need to do all the cuts some time next week!
Now having Italian based foods and more boozes.

    Morning doggers,

Uni open day yesterday meant we were out all day and knackered afterwards. At least we earned our slap up Indian take away.

Back to the routine today, ho hum.

    Pedal, work, drink, repeat :)

Apart from picking Stropteen up from the station delayed drinking this evening. Now counting down the days until my sunshine holiday which kicks off this weekend. The only problem with going to Crete is that I've had enough of cretins already this year.

Bg’s gone fully native, how long does it take to tile a floor?
Busy day followed by a trip to a comedy night in a pub. Some were quite funny, one really wasn’t. Beer and pizza were good though.

Busy day mopping up sh1t at work before the hols but at least we got a good free lunch out of the advisors in between.

Got a bit distracted as the hot girl from marketing sat next to me in the office. Obviously she has the hots for me :)

    Evening pickle ticklers,

Floor tiling finished, mate popped round had beers, went to another producers market had beers and foods.

I think the marketing minx wants you to share some photos of her Stevo, you know the rules!

Every now and then I have to diff my cap and admit bg is right, considering what a wrong’un he is that’s a rare event. But he’s right this time, she wants you to share pictures of her with random sad twunts off the interweb.
In other news, pub sells beer and beer is goood.

Well the new boiler is installed now and we have hot water again so we're smelling a bit less French than in the last few days.

Tomorrow = last day in work before the holidays :)

Happy damned Fryday, especially to that renowned tosser that is Stevo. I think I had a holiday once...
Another busy day in the orifice lies ahead of me before a weekend of sorting sh!t out at the old dear's place. Got someone coming round to pick up all the picture framing equipment next week so need to fish it all out. Being Fryday the traditional array of fried bits of dead pig will be consumed at lunchtime, woohoo! Beer will be drunk later.
Car is being collected by the bodyshop to be repaired from when sleeping bint drove into it, I'll have the delight of a courtesy car with the name of a bodyshop all over it. This should ensure other drivers keep well clear as they assume I can't drive, I'll try my best to live up to these expectations by driving like a complete tool.
    Onwards and upwards...

    Afternoon bike seat sniffers,

Plasterboarding almost complete, time now for beers and a music thing at a local town. World music so not expecting much but it may surprise!

More dodgy diy for the rest of the weekend.

    Hooray, hooray, it's a holi-holi-day :P

Bailed early after a good free lunch and bit of plonk. May do a spot of packing tonight as tomorrow is dropping off the hounds at their holiday accommodation. Weather here is gopping so looking forward to 30C and wall to wall sunshine plus much grog.

Fookin’ useless twunts at the bodyshop rang to check our car was driveable, told them for the third time that it was and they were picking mine up and leaving a courtesy car. They hadn’t booked the courtesy car. Told them they couldn’t take mine then. Thankfully w@nkers being on holiday meant little traffic.
Enjoy your holiday Stevo, it’ll be over before you know it

OK, hounds dropped off at their holiday home. Case packed etc. Not much else to do now apart from drink and watch stressbag stressing about her epic and complex over-packing exgravaganza. We'll also have the usual getting away a bit late for the airport due to faffing and the inevitable 'but I forgot something' when we're 5 minutes down the road

If the name's anything to go by, it's an island full of cretins. So not sure I'll notice much difference apart from the temperature.

On the plane ready for take off. Why can't they bring the drinks trolley round before they get off the tarmac? See you lot later when I arrive on the Isle of Cretins :)

    Afternoon c0ckfags,

Just remember Stevo, these aircraft are built and maintained by the lowest bidder!

Been out golfing this morning, course was nothing to write home about but i was obviously awesome! Got home to some painting, i will wait for it to dry and will then paint it again! Then curry for tea. Then watch the nine o clock news to hear which airport Stevo's holiday jet diverted to as the inflight grog turns him into a violent maniac!

    Toodles.
