    Yo, homies!

Just back from a rather damp ride. It's wetter than a mermaid's minge out there.

Had a shower, a cup of tea and a slice of cake and now it's time for some serious Good Friday loafing about.

Only the 4 days off for me, but doing my best to laze through them. Out for cider tonight with a mate as we need to get out of our houses and away from irritating strifeys.

Holiday day 2 and it’s still ferkin raining. Bright side, convinced the wife to have a chilled day, so going for a run in a bit then take the puppy for a long walk. Followed by pub lunch and the visit a few of the local pubs

I've not been on a holiday yet this year - saving it for the summer.

Day of bits and pieces, some dossing and a few jobs but not too much overall. There's a cold bottle of plonk in the fridge for later as Strifey and Stropteen are out :)

    Evening lovers of the sausage,

Sat outside last night watching a couple of owls doing their thang, kept warm by the power of cognac, hence i felt shyte this morning so not a lot has happened.
Quiet night of loafing and telly awaits.

    Happy chocolate things day!

Got chums over for scoff and boozes this afternoon where we will chat about our ex employers 100th anniversary, the chat will mainly focus on how they have turned us into hopeless alcoholics.

    Afternoon Gurners,

Good lie in and a bit of a lazy day as there's nout open anyway. Have got my bike ready for Tuesday which will be the first ride since mid Jan, feels a bit weird!

I shall probably sit on my arris and watch tv this evening.

    Chocolate stuffers.

Today has been good - bit of a lie in, went to watch a rugby match, drank coffee and ate sausages, went for a bike ride, drank more coffee and now waiting for my pork to get nicely browned after I slammed it in.

The boy went to Iceland (the country not the purveyor of meat-based frozen bargains) last night so waiting for an update from him, although I don't hold out too much hope of him giving us a second thought.

Onwards! To loafing about the house for a while.

Wet out there, puppy is happy to be back in the cottage

Waiting for the wife to get up to sort the pig based breakfast, but judging by the empty bottles it could be some time

Today is a chilled day in the cottage with a decent walk at some point and absolutely the pub

    Morning pork browners,
More than a little moist here to say the least. Been having a very lazy 4 day weekend which is just what I needed. Been doing bits of stuff but nothing too strenuous. More of the same today although the EPO is keen to go out and spend lots of cash.

Bit soggy here for most of today but that's OK as tomorrow is the day I get back on a bike for the first time since middle of January. I'm actually excited about a communt to work :D

    Morning massif bermers,

Hand sawing a couple of oak beams earlier, i was sweating like Gazlar well inside his school playground 200 meter exclusion zone! Hopefully get another window fitted this afternoon, the race is now on as i have seen the first few swallows looking for somewhere to nest!

    Enjoy work girls

I hear GTs Mum likes a good swallow.

Evening Mongs, survived my first bike ride in 10 weeks and boy am I knackered. I probably also won a prize for being slow. I'm also quite hungry after all that pedalling - luckily I found an old box of Ferrero Rocher in the cupboard so am making inroads into that :)

    Nafternoon twunts,

Fitted a window.............badly and did some other generic diy type stuff. The weather is shyte still so motivation was low. Got pig curry inbound so happy with that.

Had a bit of a dose of CBA today so powered through with coffee. The car hunting plans had a bit of a setback so there's a danger the Missus may find other uses for my fairly hard earned

There's some footy on this evening so I may follow the Scousers and Mancs kicking lumps out of each other while I make dents in my wine stash.

Evening wrinklies and wood polishers, oh and Bird if he pops in.
Fairly manic day at work due to 5 days being condensed into 4. Had the weather been any good we’d be even busier. Just chilling for a moment before popping down to get fuelled up for the evening.

    Ditch diggers

Chilling with a cup of tea, puppy walked and now snoring

Lunch out today and general binge drinking. Before then I need to pack my bags ready to leave the cottage and go on the Cycling trip to French france tomorrow

That's a long way to cycle. I managed 23 miles on Tuesday and I'm dead chuffed :) Although not as chuffed as being down the pub now with a pint of cider in my hand.

    Evening road based cyclists!

Standard diy shizzle again today but finished the day down a local village looking at a small parade of old cars. Beer was involved and i wasn't driving.....sweet.

He might do it with a saddle on his bike this time.

    Morning, shizzle kings and mincers.

Anybody know where I can buy a dodgy passport?

TFIF. I have next week off so this day cannot be over soon enough.

    Morning bishop bashers,
Also very glad it's Fryday even though I don't have next week off, am out on a course for a couple of days though so that almost counts. Going to the pub with the Mrs on the way home, best way to start a weekend. Unfortunately she has ideas of doing some gardening over the weekend. I might have to use a saw whilst up a ladder which could be dangerous. Better drink lots beforehand so I'll be relaxed if I fall.

Skiving off early as I'm expected to go for a run with Stropteen who apparently.needs some exercise even if she usually bails out after a couple of miles good  May have to do an extra couple of laps after that, it'll get me thirsty for some cider.

Muttley gets his exercise tomorrow as we've signed him up for an agility class. Good luck to the sucker who thinks they can get him to all of that stuff :)
