I'm feeling vaguely human again but now have to endure two hours of juniors orchestra torturing musical instruments. Hopefully it'll help me nod off for a bit.

    Yo, wastrels.

Clocks have gone forward, the sun is out, I have been riding a bike and now the rest of the family have gone out. Peace has descended on my house. All is good.

    Afternoon funky spingers,

Been busy finishing the wall that got built yesterday, more cement mixing, more climbing up and down freaking ladders. Tomorrow is a trip to Angouleme to buy paint, that's as interesting as it's going to get next week.

    Enjoy work

    Toodles.

Woke up another hill today and did a big(ish) bike ride. Now it's beer o'clock I think.

Feeling better today despite losing an hour overnight. Two 4 day weeks coming up - so not too bad.

Very glad it's a short week, I'm absolutely bloody knackered. After caning it on Friday and Saturday yesterday was a quiet day and I ended up having a shoot night's sleep as I was mulling over different ways of disposing of my neighbour's bodies. Need to dig some ditches obviously.

    Evening Gimps,

Worked at home today. Car passed its MOT, I went to physio and passed my MOT - bike time next week, even if it only roadie stuff. Yay - better than running.

    Greetings receivers of pork,
Long day because I was knackered. Just had meeting with neighbours above planned building works, thankfully went better than expected as the husband isn’t a batshit crazy psycho. Hopefully will sleep better tonight so I might feel human again tomorrow.

    Morning, pork sword lovers.

Today it is raining and it's all my fault: I took the mudguard off my hardtail last night. I'm sorry.

bg13 - do you do bacons delivery to the UK? I'll take a few kgs of back and streaky bacon off your hands. Mmmm. Bacon. 8)

    Morning pork lovers,
More than a little moist as I had to wobble in to work this morning. Things have picked up dramatically as I have just been given cake to go with a cup of tea. Very nice too. Bunking off early to take the old man to see the oncologist, should be having his last lot of chemo for the time being if all goes well. It's a strange thing when they poison you only if all is going well.

Unfortunately, i cannot deliver anywhere as I'm too busy shovelling the lovely bacons down my fat face!

    Afternoons bell whackers,

Been doing minor blah diy and slicing up the hams that we boiled last evening, they are currently in the fridge though I don't see them lasting too long.

    So selfish.

Now I have hankering for bacons. I think a quick trip to the supermarché may be in order.
I predict streaky bacon and cream cheese on a bagel will be snaffled soon.

They're lazy bar stewards these Frenchies.

Unlike me, who is only heading home nown after a day of bossing and delegating. Some tw@t is eating a Cornish pastie on the train and I'm really hungry. Strifey had better have made somerhing good for dinner...

I have much bacon in the house but it's mine so don't get any ideas. Today involved being filmed for vet telly show. Very weird, annoying and much time was wasted. On the plus side I got to drill holes in bones and mend them with mechano and stuff like that which was fun.

The GF has gone back to stay with her parents for a week or so as she's got some theatre thing to go to and it's her dad's birthday and a few other things which I don't remember because I wasn't really paying attention any of the 27658 times she told me. This means tonight I'm watching the pansies playing football and drinking beer with a massive meaty pizza now the vegetablearian is out of the building.

Would it be inappropriate to point out that statistically 9 out of 10 people enjoy gang rape.

How much are you paying her to go?

Just had an impromptu trip to the pub, brought on by a fire alarm going off and a general desire not to stand in the p1ssing rain at the marshalling point while some jobsworth with a lollipop stick decides when we can go back in. Onwards to work...

    Good day eengleesh peeegs,

Nightmare this morning, Mrs13 is otherwise occupied so I've had to iron the bedding for the Gite guests arriving tomorrow, apparently the iron thing works better when you switch it on at the socket.

This afternoon i feel some power tool based danger diy happening

On the way home for the long weekend of drinking and loafing. Just trying to sort out some curry and boozing with mates while telling myself I'm also going to do more exercise while I'm off :)

    Good it’s Friday

Packing my bag ready for holiday part 2 with the Cycling club, should really pack for the family holiday. Must have earned some brownie points as took the dog out for just shy of an hour

Later will be significant beer in the Cotswolds in a hopefully warm cottage
