For all the slagging off Trump got in this thread he liked the UK in the main and the Queen.

didn't stop him imposing tariffs on uk goods in retaliation for airbus subsidies (which the uk benefitted from)
While being au fait with Boeing getting subsidies.
    yep, they're all at it

little chance that johnson the liar will support uk businesses and impose tariffs on usa products after the wto ruling, with the uk out of the eu perhaps there's no legal basis, but i doubt the useless oik would have the guts to do it anyway

Well, he's golfing again. Good job there's not much to do...

You really figure Trump will just fade away? I expecting some fireworks in the next couple of months, pardons and firing for a start.
This is what worries me. God knows what that clown will decide to do in the next 2 months.
I dunno man, organising a coup is a lot of hard work.

Seriously cuts in to Golf time...

Mrs Slocombe can stop worrying then. (PS, I was too young/naive to get why the grown-ups laughed when it first came out.)

If we make the assumption that he liked the UK at face value. Would it have been easy or hard to deal with an individual that held no morals, could not be truthful and had no strategic plan. He would be the worst guy to make a deal with in the world.

The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

I think the best thing is that the narcissist is now suffering the worst fate imaginable. He is simply being ignored.

All the coverage is now focussed on Biden with a single line caveat at the end of articles; Trump disputes the result.

He must be losing it Bigly.

This is what people are starting to worry about, just how much will he do. Likely anything he does will be of self interest or those in his immediate orbit so expect random pardoning of friends probably one for himself.

Someone mentioned he had access to nuclear arsenal as a bargaining chip, yeah he doesn't have that kind of one click kill all power, also those in charge of issuing the launch commands generally hold him in poor regard so him threating to use them would be a very hollow threat.

God, that will really pi$$ off those paranoid commie bashing, gun touting redneck/thickos about Biden bringing in a 'socialist agenda'.

I found out about it from the Americast podcast on BBC Sounds with John Sopel and Emily Maitliss. It's really good! Only discovered it 2 days ago.

Biden's price to win on Betfair has moved out from 1.04 to 1.07, why?

You could make £700 easy profit from backing £10,000 on a 'dead cert' who has apparently already won...

EDIT: maybe they're factoring in the chances of him living until January.

Are you guys still going at this Trump thing? I guess I should give thanks that I still try to enjoy life and not get wrapped up in the boredom and idiocy of politics. My god people. Read a good book, go for a ride, work on your bike, learn a new skill like wheelbuilding or playing a musical instrument. Anything other than this lame posting.

People will be taking their profit early so they can use the money in other markets.

Some see it as free money and others see it as picking up coins in front of a steam roller.

It has drifted out even more. The odds of Biden dying before Jan are incorporated in the Harris odds (so slim). Trump is still 10 which is amazingly short.

  • This will be why Trump still has odds. He will try to wield power while he has it, even though he lost. He controls the justice dept, the legislature in Michigan and Pennsylvania and possibly the courts.
