Donald Trump

Okay, putting aside Trump's ignorance/lies for missing a ribbon cutting and trip to London his latest moments of stupidity are;
a) The WH purporting to show a letter from the doctor who performed the Trump medical except the doctor appears to have got his own name wrong and forgot his qualifications. It's as if the WH tried to make a fake a statement from the doctor so as not to reveal the true health of the 71 y.o. hyper obese man who doesn't do any physical exercise and whose diet consists primarily of fast food, tv and twitter,
b) A letter from Trump's lawyer purporting to be a statement from the porn star who *didn't* have an affair with Trump except it's written in Trump-speak and not signed in her own name. It as if the lawyer/Trump tried to make a fake statement purportedly from Ms Clifford but in their haste couldn't remember her real name.0 -

Latest I've seen is that the Republicans present (except Lindsey Graham) are denying that they heard him say "sh!thole countries" because he said "sh!thouse countries".0

If only there was a recording.
Which he would then use himself as an example and quickly prove himself wrong - as in the recent Kim Jong Un fwiend claim - and also prove how much the facts don't matter any more.
Even Theresa is getting in on the act, claiming credit for new EU regulations on twatter t'other day.0 -

They were talking about this on Radio4, around 4:30, Friday (program is called More or Less).
The subject was diet coke. They take out the sugar but increase the caffeine. The story is that Trump is on 12 cans a day.
The older I get, the better I was.0 -

I think he was right on the Kim Jong Un "I'd / I" thing. Sounds like it could be either, but with the different tone of voice, and the fact that the whole sentence with "probably" in it makes sense if it is "I'd" - but it shouldn't be a big deal.
The WSJ doubling down and insisting he was wrong is interesting in itself - has he fallen out with Murdoch again?0 -

He'll be fine.
All the way through "Fire and Fury" he is quoted as saying that he knows the Russia thing is the juggernaut coming at the presidency, and he says often that he made sure he was never in any meeting that could mean he knows anything about it.
So as long as that was true before the election as well... he'll be fine. And won't implicate anyone.0 -

My read of a subpoena is that the authorities usuallly think you’re lying, and so threaten to have them answer questions in public with no lawyers where they present a load of evidence.
He’ll do whatever he can to get out with ass little damage to himself.0 -

here we go.Tensions flared early in the proceedings after Bannon informed the committee that he was refusing to answer any questions about his time in the White House or on the post-election transition, infuriating Democrats and Republicans on the panel, who subpoenaed him on the spot, according to a source familiar with the interview.0 -

You can imagine him sitting there repeatedly saying, " I'm fit right? Right? Right? I'm so fit, no president has been as fit as me, right? I'm not obese though am I? Am I? Sure, a little overweight but I'm not obese. Just make a bit taller and take a few pounds off to make the numbers look good for me."0 -
Even the Republican leaders knew Putin was paying Trump and Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, the transcript of a conversation between Speaker Ryan and House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy from a month before Trump was nominated.

The lies surrounding Trump are reaching North Korean levels. Or that Urals country where the president changed the names of the days of the week to honour himself.0

After all the slur speech talk in the past, 'we' came to the conclusion it must be denture related, but he doesn't have dentures according to this report.Jackson said that Trump’s cholesterol level has jumped to 223, in the elevated range, and his low-density lipoprotein of 143 is borderline high, so he is increasing Trump’s medication. Jackson said he hopes to bring down the LDL or “bad cholesterol” score with diet, exercise and statin medication. Trump also takes aspirin daily for his heart, propecia for hair loss, a daily vitamin and an occasional cream for rosacea, a skin condition. All lies and jest..still a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest....0

On March 6, 2017, President Donald J. Trump issued Executive Order 13780, Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States, which declared that “it is the policy of the United States to protect its citizens from terrorist attacks, including those committed by foreign nationals,” and directed a series of actions to enhance the security of the American people. The actions directed by Executive Order 13780 have—among other things—raised the baseline for the vetting and screening of foreign nationals, improved our ability to prevent the entry of malicious actors, and enhanced the security of the American people. All lies and jest..still a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest....0
