After children's bedtime - well planned UCI!0

I do like the race timings for US events, like the ToC, so nice to sit in an evening and watch live rather than juggling work/other stuff and having to avoid spoliers to watch the highlights etc.2020/2021/2022 Metric Century Challenge Winner0

This is the spoiler thread now, right?
Women's tt was very close at the top: 5 sec gap on podium and top 6 within 27 seconds.
villumsen takes It.0 -
Yes, we should get a spoiler in the title...
Yesterday's TT sounded cracking.
Two wins for Pinotti so far, can he get a third today?0 -
I have a question, in these races the riders use their trade team bike and wheels. Does this mean the rider has to bring spare wheels and bikes etc with them?0
-
Men's TT on today, difficult one to call, Tony Martin to go for number 5 do we think or a new champ?

for a big nation like spain, they will probably ask movistar nicely and they'll send a mechanics and a bus, quite what a smaller nation does depends on the rider they are sending and whether they can send something/anything or call in favours if they ride for a big team"I get paid to make other people suffer on my wheel, how good is that"

I'll probably have jinxed it now. But I reckon Dennis will be faster than Tony Martin.0 -

raw power vs raw speed. Tough call. Still think Der panzerwagen will do it. when Dennis won the TT in the tour earlier, it was a sign, and i think he'll only get better, but perhaps today might be too soon. be interesting to see, and i still think Dumoulin might do something....0 -
My Procycling manager game had the top 3 for the TT as Martin, Dennis 00:03, Phinney 00:12
The RR was Kristoff, Sagan, Degonkolb,0 -
The news is that Dumoulin has a muscle injury and has had to modify his seat in order to race.0

Current Polish TT Champ
I think its confidence. A rider gets a result on a big stage and then the results start piling up. A bit like Matthias Brandle - he won 2 stages of ToB, then took the Hour Record, stage at Tour of Oman etc etc0 -
Is the best I can find I suppose.
Coppel? Really?Team My Man 2018: David gaudu, Pierre Latour, Romain Bardet, Thibaut pinot, Alexandre Geniez, Florian Senechal, Warren Barguil, Benoit Cosnefroy0 -
Hutch suggesting it's difficult to pace correctly though and those flying out like Coppel may well suffer later. Martin looks like he's got the pacing pretty good so far, Kiryenka flying too, 10s up on Martin at the 16k mark.0
-
This is really good, Coppel still going great but Kiryenka absolutely flying, way ahead of Martin on the splits. Be interesting to see who can finish it off.0
-
Mechanical for Dennis, bike change.0

not sure it applies to TTs, always been a motor though0 -
Should have put money on Kiri.0
-
Malori very close to Kiry's lead on the tracker, Martin way down. Looks like Coppel, Kiry and Malori for the podium. I'd love Kiry to win it.0
-
Really should have put money on him.0
-
Kiryenka so strong on that final uphill km, rinsing it out of the saddle. Brilliant win and very popular I'm sure0
-
I love the Dutch overshoes.0
