Still think Martin is “The Man”. Dennis/Dumoulin for the podium. Those 2 are going to dominate sooner rather than later though.0 -

Dumoulin saying the shorter the better for him: whereas Martin saying the longer the better for him - so does that reveal anything about their chances on Wednesday?

Obviously, Dumoulin was amazing at the Vuelta, but must surely be fatigued. Martin did neither that or ToB, so will he have the depth of preparation needed? Will his obvious disappointment from the TTT dent his confidence or provide the fire in his belly to smash it? And if things are close, perhaps the advantage of going off last will be the significant difference for Martin over the others…?0 -
