Are sky clean or not?

Watching today's coverage froome has said he'll undergo independent testing and release all data since its been collected including his passport between the end of the tour and the start of the vuelta,
I'm not saying this proves anything but you can't fault him in his efforts. One plays football, tennis or golf, one does not play at cycling0 -
reasons that prove Sky are doping
My top 3 reasons to be highly suspicious would be:
1. Froome going from pack fodder to grand tour potential overnight
2. The power outputs
3. The smokescreen stories that don't add up
Some may find this a trifle impressionistic after 4 years, but at least you've gone from 'Never seen anything like it anywhere' to 'suspicious'.
The mistake you make, other than the colossal stupidity of assuming people who don't bang on about doping are dumb, is that this is a cycling forum, not a doping forum. People who share your suspicions (and there are plenty here) discuss them when new news arises, then get back to the cycling. Those who wish to bang-on (a word-count comparison of your hero thehog's output on the Clinic Sky threads with David Walsh's collected works would be funny) about doping do so in the Clinic....a rare 100% loyal Pro Race poster. There's a 100% chance that people will find issue with the data. At least Froome will be able to say he's done all that he can though.0 -

There you go, a direct written admission.0 -
You've got to laugh at all this, looking on social media most of the accusations are coming other Europeans, angry that a British rider and team are dominating.
To look at it sensibly, Froome has won a total of 1 Grand Tour. In the final week of that he lost 1'30s to Quintana in the mountains.
There has been one MTF this year and he beat Tony Gallopin and Adam Yates (a 22 year old 2nd year pro) by 2 minutes, who in turn put nearly a minute into Contador and over 2 minutes into Nibali.
There were some great performances yesterday and Froome's was just one of them. He's an amazing athlete but has that determination and drive that very few possess, reading his book makes that pretty clear. I love watching and I feel a bit sad for the people that don't believe any of the top riders are clean.0 -
Froome seems genuinely keen to release his training, biopassport and performance data going back to when he was at the UCI training centre, which depending on the terms on which it is released and whether it actually happens seems pretty transparent to me. All Sky has done is to continue the BC approach of properly analysing and understanding the performance requirements of particular events and training to match them. I suspect that Brailsford may be less keen than Froome to release the data, simply because it will show the opposition exactly what they need to do to beat Froome.0

ooh sorry - Jeroen Swart, on twitter
For those of us who don't know who he is, I assume it's this one......
Dr Swart is a sports physician and exercise physiologist at the Sports Science Institute in Newlands, Cape Town.
In addition to an undergraduate medical degree, he has a Masters Degree in Sports Medicine and a PhD in exercise physiology.
He currently divides his time between research, clinical sports medicine and high performance cycling. He heads up the Discovery High Performance Cycling Center at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa.
He has numerous publications in international scientific journals and his field of expertise include the application of training techniques specific to cycling, cycling biomechanics and the control of exercise by the brain.0 -

You are "The Truth" and I claim my £5.0 -
This are the same regurgitated things, over and over again, creating threads of 10,000 posts containing nothing.
It's funny how the pseudo scientists move the goalposts to fit their starting agenda. Also it's funny how quiet (all is ok) were in 2014 when Nibali was putting similar numbers even deepest in the tour.
Even if tomorrow Gesink for example rides Alpe in 35 minutes nobody in this world would be able to suspend him for doping if he doesn't fail test, confess or someone testifies that he doped under his eyes.
The rest is just noise and tears by people crying when their favorites gets beaten.0 -

I thought the 5.6 was from the "hacked" data? Therefore actual data not pseudoscience (if real).
Either way, it doesn't sound that remarkable compared to Contador's 6.77w/kg FTP from his warmup that was posted the other day.0 -

Also if he has been involved in cycling 'for decades' why is he is he still defined by the only actual job he ever held in pro cycling - as a coach for a doping team which disbanded 15 years ago.Twitter: @RichN950 -
interesting that you assume Vayer has some sort of secret agenda to "pull the wool over the eyes" of people, but you would never suspect Sky to do the same. Says it all about how biased you are.0

Re : The Vayer video.
Yesterday he posted that he'll put it back on the internet and "let the public decide". But the public can't decide, you need someone to explain to you what's happening. What you actually need is a few people who know what they're talking about to explain and then you can decide. Making educated decisions.
And FFS, he calls himself FestinaBoy, which tells you all you need know about who he's aiming his content at.Fckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.0 -
