Awaiting a Dowsett update, always worries me to see him bleeding.0

Marcel Kittel tweets: "An there is justice! so good to watch @tonymartin85 winning the stage and finally getting the yellow jersey after all the bad luck!!!"
It was only a Giant-Alpecin rider that was beaten by Martin
Everyone loves Tony Martin. No exceptions.
Not Degenkolb who had a right strop at the finish - throwing his bikes and "screaming and yelling like a banshee"...0 -

^^^^^^zero, I'm assuming you re not serious
Why would Vanmarke carry on if he can't win? no point for him
At 4km to go I bet Degenkolb thought he had it won - maybe he didn t know Cav was there (or thought there was enough of a hill to beat him anyway). Frenchie bias aside he pulled back a lot of Nibali's attacks so he did his part. We're in danger of confusing passion with incompetence

To confirm my comments. F*cking disgraceful rider Degenkolb is. Completely zero class.
@richardmoore73
The rage of Degenkolb quite something to behold after the finish line. Bouncing his bike, yelling and screaming like a banshee
If you want to win a race you have to ride it like you want to win it. Pr*ck.Contador is the Greatest0 -

Angry at himself, not Tony0 -
Contador broke his wheel in the final 25km. He either valiantly continued or is now complaining about nothing. Take your pick.

Jrod is looking good. guess that jersey may be his this year"If I was a 38 year old man, I definitely wouldn't be riding a bright yellow bike with Hello Kitty disc wheels, put it that way. What we're witnessing here is the world's most high profile mid-life crisis" Afx237vi Mon Jul 20, 2009 2:43 pm0

FDJ ds Yvon Madiot: 'The battery in Thibaut's dérailleur went. It was charged. It happened once in the Classics. Maybe it's the vibrations.'Contador is the Greatest0 -
Degenkolb should've done some work in that "breakaway" and got the stage that way, they could have stayed away if everyone had worked. Obviously Valverde was never going to but most of the others had good reason.
Bertie just looks for an excuse after every stage which doesn't go his way- if it's not his wheel, it's his mech, amputated shoulder etc etc.
Great win for Tony though!0 -
Enjoyed that. A feelgood stage. Tony gets his yellow jersey and it all passes off without any major spills.0

Degenkolb is right. 3-4 teammates and no one covering Martin. As stupid as it gets.

Contador had a huge hole in his rim apparently
Maybe he should get a TUE for saddlesore cream then?Giant Trance X 2010

AKA first high profile fail for SRAM Wireless....
No FDJ ride Shimano. It's AG2R that ride SRAM (http://inrng.com/2015/01/2015-pro-team-bikes/)0 -
Eddy seems happy with that result too:

Degenkolb was almost pulling his hair out, but then paused and realised "Fook, I'll have nothing left and I still have to make those Alpecin ads" ... so he started doing the Banshee dance instead**************************************************

Yet another high profile fail for Di2 then (not that it would stop me)
I dunno... Di2 jammed on my wife's bike on the weekend and sent her flying...0 -

I've had a few bad failures on Campag EPS.... They are all great systems, but just like a mechanical system, an issue can still come up.
Although even Kelly was saying yesterday that many riders would move to mechanical rather than electrical on the cobbles.**************************************************
