    There we have it. Diddy David Camoron and Boy George have returned from Brussels proclaiming a victory in their negotiations. Looks to me like they've taken advice from the sacked directors of Tesco. All that has happened is that Boy George has traded any potential rebate against the £1.7bn debt. They really do have some neck in crowing about this and obviously think we were all born yesterday.

    Lies and empty promises.
    Got an email back from local MP regarding the capitulation over the EU bill and offsetting of future rebate. Typical whipped ar5e party line response with total denial of the rebate as a negotiating tool.
    I think he is going to find it a hard fought campaign next year in what was regarded as a very safe Tory seat.
