It does seem that there are an incredible number who produce frames etc. Must be tough to make a name for yourself now especially as the cost of them prevents changing often and sampling lesser known brands.Contador is the Greatest0 -

I suppose it always used to be like that to be fair, there must have been hundreds of framebuilders in the UK alone back in the day. The difference is now there are a lot of "Makes" that are made in the same factory.
