Looks normal to me, large bikes and small bikes can both look weird. In terms of aesthetics something like a 54/56 is usually the nicest looking size.
I like the paintjob on it but I'm always a fan of customising bikes (As long as it's tasteful). I wanted to do mine but I'm not sure about painting the carbon. That Cannondale harks back to the Cannondales of old which had simple bold colours. The newer ones generally have a bit too much going on for me (I know they do a few plain ones still)0 -

Fair enough ... Not so sure folks should be posting others personal pictures from around the internet on a public forum without their permission. I'm sure FF received a ban for similar in the past.
