That paint splash effect is very 'Lance, comeback 2.0' ... Hopefully some mug doesn't pay £200k for it and then have his investment zeroed by an episode of Oprah.Life is unfair, kill yourself or get over it.0

Is he a big Stone Roses/Jackson Pollock fan?0

Not even close from my perspective. Wouldn't wear them if you gave them to me. And I don't even care much about fashion.0 -

Nicer than Millers, but that really isn't saying much.0 -

Fantastic craftsmanship. Look at the way the wood is mirrored on the wheels like the dash of a Rolls Royce.0

SRAM seem very keen to push single ring drive trains. Wouldn't surprise me if they bring out something for the road as well.0
-
Singe front ring fairly common in C-X isn't it?0
-
Sure, but without a front mech? Isn't that just asking for the chain to come off?0
-
Narrow Wide chainrings hold the chain better and clutch rear mechs control the jockey wheel cage to stop the chain flapping about. It's increasing popular in the MTB world and surprisingly effective.0
-
Oh right. Well obviously working, watched today's race and Stybar wasn't stopping to put his chain back on through out the race.0

Check out Ullrich's pedals!

Are they "flatties" or those Shimano SPD touring pedals? Either way they don't match the bike!0

What I don't like about the modern groupsets is the distance between cogs and how thin the chains are. 9 speed is still ideal for mud shifting, it's the reason I went for the 2014 Ridley as it has 10 speed rather than 11. 11 is fine if you're Stybar and you have a pit crew with a pressure washer and a second bike ;-)0 -

Certainly about as Germanic a bike as you can get, but he sure as hell isn't riding in Germany.
I wonder where that is? Looks a bit like Sardinia.....0 -
