    It is an axle that turns but it does not spin round and round in the sense that a wheel does.

    It does not vibrate.

    The others it is not that.

    Is something poured into the holes on top and allowed to set before you pull the T shaped thing to spin it 180 degrees on the axle and release whatever it is out of the molds?

    Chalk is formed from the gradual accumulation of minute calcite plates (coccoliths) shed from micro-organisms called coccolithophores. See wiki http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chalk

    You can't make it using some half arsed machine, it takes millions of years to form.

    Your object may possibly be something that is used to form chalk into shapes suitable for writing with but it does not 'make' chalk :twisted:
