Evans not so bad actually - 1.5mins down.

Most painful stream ever this - freezes every 5secs.

Valverde 53 secs ahead of Valverde currently.

  • All this worrying about Contador from the commentators as though he wasn't faster than Kwia at the midway point...

Kirby seems to have given the win to Kwia already. Never one to let facts get in the way of his opinion.

Contador 2nd, 7 secs down. Odd that he had exactly the same time as Tony over the 2nd half.

  • "where did that come from"

Well, from the same place it came from on the whole TT, Come on boys, it's almost the exact same split gap as you had midway through the race. You even bloody ready it out to us.

BOSS takes the GC in style.

The amazing young Polish heavyweight takes 2nd overall.

    Game on.

"Alberto Contador - let there be no doubt about this man's time trial abilities", says Kirby. Despite having spent the last 20 minutes playing down Contador's time trialling abilities. At one point I think I heard him claim that he's never done a good flat time trial.

Great rides by Kwia and Contador.

Funnily enough, just after posting I went to sort the laundry basket and get a load put on

Superb by Kwiatowski and even more so by Bertie. Froome's going to be getting nervous now. I really hope the form holds to the Tour, it really needs a big GC battle this year.

I'm sure there will be big one or none at all. If Froome is nowhere near the form he needs to beat Contador, he will probably withdraw...

Awesome time from Contador. The lack of splits made it much more of a surprise. I would never have put him down as only 7 seconds off Martin before the start

There was a fair bit of climbing though which takes away quite a bit of Martin's advantage.

  • Simon Yates had a good ride . Peraud impressive - looking forward to his summer. Pinot - great effort - top 10 tt in that company is good and 9th overall - TJ Van G - looks more consistent this year already

Not sure if this is from today.
