Bearing in mind I've only got the info from the team website....

There are five riders, you're missing one.
You've got Tekle, Meintjes, Konovalovas and Grmay.

The obvious one is missing - Jay Thomson, South African RR Champ.

Sorry, I must be going senile, set a question and then forgot about it....

YES, that's all the riders, so I'll give the answer:

    8 Jerseys in all*:

    Daniel Teklehaimanot
2013 1º in African Championship, Road, TTT, Sharm al Shaikh (Janub Sina’), Egypt + Natnael Teweldemedhin Berhane, Meron Russom, Meron Teshome Hagos,
2013 1º in African Championship, Road, ITT, Elite, Sharm al Shaikh (Janub Sina’), Egypt

    Ignatas Konovalovas
2013 1º in National Championship, Road, ITT, Elite, Lithuania, Lithuania

    Jay Thomson
2013 1º in National Championship, Road, Road Race, Elite, South Africa, Nelspruit (RSA)

    Louis Meintjes
2013 1º in National Championship, Road Race, U23, South Africa (RSA)
2013 1º in National Championship, ITT, U23, South Africa (RSA)

    Tsgabu Grmay
2013 1º in Ethiopian National Championships RR (ETH)
2013 1º in Ethiopian National Championships ITT (ETH)

*according to the team website. If there's something I've missed it's because they forgot to list it.

I hate bloody cryptic crossword clues, so I've made one up for you b********s.

Missing Sierra, Inuit gains victory at last, by way of tea at Eastern European peoples' house.

    11,6.

You'll have to forgive my slightly individual setter's style, I'm making up the rules as I go along.

    Ivan Gotti?

    How does it work?

Not sure if it's correct, hence the ? , but confused initials of galvanised iron, G and I, change order- I G. Then each year after winning the giro, he had a DNF and top 20, so maybe back in the bunch?

The mob bit I assume is a reference to John Gotti (famous mafia boss)

VINO, GI, TAT is an anagram of Ivan Gotti
