It's better if we give up on any CL aspirations and concentrate on the league. It will probably be out of our hands very soon anyway.
And after Christmas you'll be free to concentrate on next season
I thought the Spurs kit was designed to look like a seat belt for when their season crashes in the New Year?
Ha! To be fair Chelsea's seasons more like a Russian plane in Egypt rather than a car crash. No safety belts gonna save your lot now!
I've got a bad feeling for Sunday. I've taken way too many bets with friends and colleagues this week and now I feel there's a high chance I'm going to spend the next few weeks watching smug gooners eat and drink at my expense... But if we win Sunday... There's not a nicer tasting beer in the world than one payed for by a gooner on the wrong side of a beating from the only team in north London! Now that Cheatski have become an irrelevance I'm gonna have to start taking @resenal's challenge a bit more seriously.
Therefore my unfashionable small club to support this week has to be the Spuds.
Although I will keep an eye out for Stoke, as a win for them would at least provide some comedic meritStatistically, 6 out of 7 dwarves are not happy.0 -
14th in the table versus 15th in the table. Home advantage. It will be tight.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0

A win for Stoke would put clear daylight between them too. Here's hoping :twisted:Statistically, 6 out of 7 dwarves are not happy.0 -
Of course Jose isn't appealing his one match stadium ban, being told you can't go to Stoke at the weekend is a reward not a punishment, amazed the media hasn't spotted this.0

You'd think that a successful team like City could actually fill its stadium

^ You can hope. A champions league position is looking rather tricky for Chelski this year but there's always the Europa league to strive for, made harder when you ship a few players in January.
Good isn't it?
That is why we really need to make sure we are last in the group.
That entails finishing 4th. Shouldn't be a problem, Arsenal wrote the book.0 -
Very funny...good to see you back jousting!
Even funnier given that you mock our attendance when yours is 10,000(!!) less
And the reference to plastic fans from a Boro fan turned glory hunter, truly is a thing of beauty...keep 'em coming!
Maybe it's time for you to post another reference to your one and only fluked CL victory to put me back in my placeStatistically, 6 out of 7 dwarves are not happy.0 -
We fill Stamford Bridge no problem
Still, good to see City creating job opportunities in a depressed area

That's quite funny, but nowhere near as laughable as this...

Anyhow, my small unfashionable club to support this weekend has to be plucky little Villa"I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -

Mis-read the rules.
A bit like refereeing decisions for Chelski then eh? :roll:seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -
I guess CB will have conveniently forgotten this as it is officially pre-history for City"I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -

Remember it quite well actually! Sven's last game in charge.
Maybe you can pluck out some more random games from the past with high score lines, all teams have 'em. Not sure what your point is though

Oh dear.
Only one point above Newcastle for perspective.
Can Chelsea be my little team for the next match? The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.

Didn't get one though
Looks like City only delayed Norwich going above Cheatski!!
My only worry is that Roman might get an itchy trigger finger.

It's more that Chelsea were just OK pre Abramovich but City were truly shyte."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -
Although to be fair to City, all the money spent has improved it.

You do seem a bit obsessed with City's history Stevo, plucking out results from previous seasons to deflect from how well Chelsea are defending their title THIS SEASON having spent all that Russian money
Bit sad really
If you spent more time learning about Chelsea's history, you would know that prior to the respective sugar daddies coming to our clubs, City had won more domestic titles than Chelsea. Not bad for a club with no 'istree, eh??
Maybe you should post a photo of a Chelsea loss this season with a headline "after Russian money!". TBF, you've got plenty to choose from

You really are arguing between OK and shyte? Obviously Chelsea's piss poor season is making you desperate Stevo, seeing you City Boy throw this back and forth is like two bald men fighting over a comb.0
