  • Went to a tapas bar for tea, served by an Eastern European girl who couldn't speak any English.

The food was ok. Drank a Spanish beer.

    Now home watching JOY

  • English restaurant this afternoon, served by english people.
Starters served as main courses and vice versa
Local pub seemed to be full of hipsters who all left after half of cider

    Carry on

    Evening squares.

  • Back home, roads empty, coffee shops were full, pubs and restaurants deserted.

That is the common misconception that Scotland has a lot of snow. There's more snow in Lincolnshire (except for the tops of the biggish hills) on average.

The damp, miserable, windy West Coast of Scotland is bathed by the wonderful gulf stream which keeps us mild in winter and [sigh] mild in summer.
Don't worry, we ain't staying here for much longer.

Where's that hard border when you need it?

Not a chance. I'm going to run for president of Jockland (someone needs to civilise this bunch of heathens) and build a wall. It will be a beautiful wall...

    :D Aye, f*ckin' right.

There's not enough golf courses and toupee shops in Belgium. We'll have to do something about that.

Bored. The wife is in charge of the tv. Not watching but the noise is annoying enough.
Consoling myself by looking forward to the rugby and drinking a few malts.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

Come on Blakey - you're a smart fella: i'll give you the list of measurements and you can help me figure out the work top conundrum. Boredom solved.

Do enough of that thinking shit during a working day.
Now is the time for alcohol and talking shit. As evidenced elsewhere...

I am painting the inside of the PPP monster - day 14. For the purposes of sale, Magnolia walls and white ceilings.
28.5 litres of Magnolia so far. 15 litres of white. Plus I have all the glossing to do.
