I constantly regret the day I sold my mk1 Golf GTI 1.8. Utterly brilliant. Should have kept that.

Bought a Civic 1.6 VTEC though - the ones before they became fat. 185 bhp, 7500 rpm redline, big enough to fit a dismantled kitchen in the inside. Brilliant car. Would sit at 130 down the motorway all day. TDV sold that without me knowing to buy a Volvo estate.

She also sold our house without me knowing but that’s a different story.

At least she gave you the address of the new house.

Yeah, comon Hiltaldo - fess up; what's with the poaching eggs in a plastic tub? What have I been doing wrong all these years?

Just brewing up some food with Strifey while the wine chills.

Decided that yesterday's job offer wasn't quite good enough so asked for a wee bit more money :) They've got the weekend to mull it over.

Nice one, hope it goes well. Love it when people earn more, they top up my lovely government pension
Watching Jeremy Wade catching Greenland sharks whilst slurping some wine (beer is already consumed).
Tomorrow is another day, and we might be taking a friend out for lunch. She is a skiing widow, and is a right laugh.
    Have a good weekend folks.

Why? What’s happened? Have you zipped your silly into your onesie?

I was a bit late to this 'party' last night. Was busy putting the door on my Old New Banger back together after changing the micro switch.
