what is this thing called a google? I thought we weren't supposed to do that, although unless you have sailed around most of the islands (as I did 30years ago) there is little alternative unless someone has been.

there aren't many islands north of athens with a port.

This has been my point each time someone has accused me of cheating. I just don't see how the hell else anyone is supposed to get these unless they google the clues. Other than that it's just a case of naming each Greek island out of the 1000's available until someone gets the right one.

    This could get boring

Well then, we must have a new rule.

    Rule No. 562, Clause 4, subsection C, Amendment 5.

Do not post pictures of a Greek Island.

    Back to you Sloggy.

Bugger. It's an island. The boat looks happy because it's on holiday.

It can't be on holiday - it hasn't got a hat on. Think it's happy because it's 5 to 12 so nearly lunch time.

    Skiathos it is.

It takes some seeing I'll grant you, but the word is written on the boat, near to the clock that shows the departure time.

Mr Goo, put up a picture. :D

I not sure of the exact name but I think it is either Dancing Ledge or near there. You can ride / walk down a path from the Square and Compass at Worth Matravers to these caves. Priest Way I think. used to mtb on the Purbecks.

    Am I close?

thats the problem, google shouldnt be used or indeed needed. but people post obscure photos that no one will get in a million years. the photos have to be semi guessable. or at least provide semi guessable (without googling clues) tis is what happens when thread owners arent allowed to police their threads
