Right I have a bottle or Orangina, a packet of salted crinkle cut crisps and a bag of mini Babybels. I am READY. Let's do this.

My ride around De Rondehoep pretending it was Ventoux was sort of ruined by a considerable lack of incline and amazingly a considerable lack of wind but I was obviously so psyched anyway that I set my fastest time. :D

I can't find any information of horses or cows unique to this part of Provence. We have already had Camargue horses and cows, but as we know they are from further south. Instead have a picture of a Charolais cow as we haven't had one of those yet this Tour and they are very pretty and taste very yummy.

Thanks, am at home, just fancied watching the whole stage as it's my only chance. There appears to be a few moody feeds out there but they've all been closed down

And let us have something completely different. That stage was such a let down.

Apparently there's litte wind out here today. Which is really promising.

Great, just turned on the ITV coverage and Phil blurts out his first nonsense, along the lines of 'there's 62km to go which is exactly what they covered in the first two hours'. That would be miles Phil, miles!

If they did 62 kms in the first two hours, I could have kept up with them! :D

Movistar certainly giving Quintana the big build up. Entire squad in control.

I still think it's stupid having the Paris stage at night.

I've started completely zoning out when it comes to the commentary. It's just ambient noise now.

If Quintana makes his move I don't think I can cope with Phil's pronunciations of his name.

Froome is not wearing his lucky white jawbones. I'm wondering what this means for his hopes for today?

I was waiting for an animal related post! Cheers ATC.

Looks like Movistar are planning to launch Quintana or possibly Valverde for a stage win...
