I know you're upset right now, but let's not do anything we'll regret."In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"

Maybe he just crushed a load of flies in there. This happens. I'm still trying to get fly blood off my saddle.

Just saw a thing on twitter about his TT saddle with skateboard grip tape on/in. I hoppe the two aren't related :shock:Saracen Tenet 3 - 2015 - Dead - Replaced with a Hack Frame

At the risk of falling fall of the recent post-quality edicts handed down by Prof Panache (strangley lacking in grace these days despite being an admirer of sport's noble Corinthian values), may I ask a question about pro cycling?
What's the 'science' behind the conventional wisdom that top climbers should be unable to compete with TT specialists?
Obviously going uphill steep enough for long enough, W/Kg is the dominant factor. On a flat TT, raw power and aerodynamics dominate. What stops the raw power of the climber being close to that of the TT specialists? (With time gaps down to technique). Martin weighs, according to team sites, 6Kg more than Froome. Is it as simple as the extra 6Kg of presumably mainly muscle provide enough power benefit to triumph on the flat, but not enough to overcome the weight tax going uphill?...a rare 100% loyal Pro Race poster. A poster boy for the community.0 -

The volume to area rule? Chunky TTers have a higher ratio of muscle to draggy surface area (surface area increases by only 60% of volume increases)
Could be bolux like tho.___________________
