if he let him go he'd be left to chase him himself in the valley though. he'd probably catch him on the descent before then though if yesterday is anything to go by

Last 40km or so have been as dull as last year - one team drilling the front for their two best climbers, followed by a load of half-hearted attacks too close to the end of the climb to take any decent time gaps. The only real excitement has been that it wasn't Sky doing it for once.

Who is the best descender in the yellow jersey group?

I'd put my money on Evans?

These narrow climbs - these boys are lucky not to get a mechanical or puncture as support will be late. Very tough to get any bottles either.

Quality work by Quintana. Showed more class then the whole of the Sky team this year.

You are so anti Sky it hurts. Why be so bitter? Is putting in meaningless digs more classy than soloing to a stage win and the yellow jersey?

If you moan when Sky have a couple of riders on the front, then moan when they have just Froome, but don't moan when Movistar have almost a full team on the front over 4 climbs.

What is it Froome must do for you not to be bitter towards him?

    Waw. 40 boring km..

Tough crowd. This stage has been amazing considering how pathetic it's been put together.

Just because he is from Denmark?! He looks pretty nondescript to me.

Try to look at yesterday's stage dispassionately and then say that Froome's attack wasn't class. I don't like Froome much but even I think the way Sky have ridden this season has been more enjoyable for a spectator than last season.

No one should be surprised they cant drop Froome. He is ET at the moment so it is very hard to do so.

Read what I said about Froome on the Froome/Rouleur thread.

No, he doesn't. Fuglsang has the same style as Kiriyenka.

God. Are you just going to accuse Froome of doping now?

Surprised Saxo Bank and Movistar didn't try and get a small group away on the climb, I suppose it's a long descent though.
