4% over 10k then after the descent there is shorter un-cat climb of 4.5%
Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.

    Three things Cav wants:

    1. Olympic medal (preferably gold)
    2. Record number of Tour stage wins
    3. Red jersey to match his wins in Tour / Vuelta

I am now sorting out my references and bibliography on an article. This is my least favourite thing to do. Cav hanging on, on a climb is the most exciting thing that's happened since I tuned in. Still this is why we love stage races, these stages that actually help us to do things we've been putting off. :D

I'm in the Netherlands. We apparently work the least number of hours but have the highest productivity rates in Europe :P

*plus we have another official holiday on Monday so most people have also taken today off. I am the only person in my office on my floor, so I'm feeling smug about my commitment to work.

Cav's disciples dropped sprinters (Goss) on that climb. Cav tucked in. I knew they'd flatten the roads out as soon as Wiggo withdrew.

But there are a couple of Sky guys off the back pretending he's still here

5% for 2km coming up. Will we see any attacks here I wonder?

Cadel looking confused at the abundance of BMC riders still with him, 25kms from finish.

Quigley will now get a whole host of indignant tweets by people who don't do the whole irony thing saying that Cavendish is not mates with Ferrari.

you also score very highly on lots of other indicators of good life. Britain however works the longest and scores really low.

Yeah apart from the lack of hills it is pretty good here. I wouldn't look forward to a move back to the UK now TBH.
