I thought the same when I saw that. Well off the back with no team mates. What's the Vuelta parcours like this year?
Dunno, but I can imagine a certain amount of disquiet in the Froome-Cound household at the prospect of an early finish to Wiggins' participation here...0 -

Seconded! Those of us with ferociously filtered work web access really appreciate it (Esp. with no R5X commentary today - altho as a cricket fan, the Test is an acceptable alternative!)@shraap | My Men 2016: G, Yogi, Cav, Boonen, Degenkolb, Martin, J-Rod, Kudus, Chaves0 -

Its just like an English summer really0 -
it looks really really grim there today cold, belting it down, small dirty roads everyone looks like theyre at work as they twist and turn on up and down small roads. Miserable but starting to speed up and slowly close to the escapees and a bunch sprint.
Like a grim sportive (only with fewer fatties and they can ride in a bunch)0 -

Or does is depend on which chippers count?
I think it depends whether or not team time trials are included.“New York has the haircuts, London has the trousers, but Belfast has the reason!0 -

They are hideous, who makes them? I saw Gustav Larsson wearing them a while back, totally bogging!!
I think he needs some bright red jeans turned up, garish cap on backwards and some playing cards in his wheel to compliment . . .Edinburgh Revolution Curve

@UKCyclingExpert
The OmegaPharma-KwikFit team have an advantage in the wet weather because they have more tyres to choose from to suit the conditions. #GoCav“New York has the haircuts, London has the trousers, but Belfast has the reason!0
