It's not half as exciting* as the 'vaart' in the name suggests. :D

Had a nice ride down the coast, them back up to Delft. Somehow managed to have a tailwind for nearly 2/3rds of the ride. Came back and boshed a rather nice plate of pasta, now lying on the sofa in the sun with t cat.

    Praise Jebus!!

    Crashtastic today....

What the monkey's just happened there?

I had a quick shifty over my shoulder and thought they were replaying scenes of today's start.

Give or take a minute...

If it looks like they are struggling to get back it might just tempt some teams to make them work hard.

Nice. I went round Haarlemmer Polder this morning which is great if you get a southerly because then you get a tailwind for about 2/3 too if you go around it the right way.

I have the day off tomorrow again (well not off, my office is closed). Where to go...? Prasie Jebus indeed!

Well this crash has livened things up a bit. Who's where and what? I might have to shift to the sofa.

 That looks like a big gap

Whats he doing so far down the field in the first place or did the crash happen near the front? missed it...

He went back for a bike change, then got caught up behind the crash

Wiggins seems to be badly placed a lot in this first week. Is it bad luck or bad riding?

I think previously bad riding but today looks like bad luck.
