    jolts rank, however a some mello yello would be nice, and maybe mix a big batch of arizona arnold palmer up too especially if its going to be a hot day.

    This is a very generous offer VTEC, and you can count me in.

    By the way, I'm just down the road to you (Shipston) so if you want to meet up any time for a ride give me a shout. There's a couple of us that go out on a Sunday morning for a few hours and you'd be more than welcome to join us.

    I hope this isn't a hoax which Vtech has planned to get his own back after what he has had to put up with. In that case - I hope Grill's the only one who turns up.

    Joking aside, if the offer's still open; I'd like to ride along! Not so sure about the BBQ though - I'm turning Fruitarian next week; so maybe an exotic smoothie will do - with a cherry on top (hot babe). :)

    They were always a fave in my 10p mix bag as a kid.
    I got a foam shrimp keyring (and giant cola bottle) from play.com at chrimbo. Just want to eat it though!

    Very generous offer VTech and I would love to come but its just too far away - hope it works out well for you and that no nutters turn up and steal your stuff, trash your stuff etc - still I suppose that's very unlikely its not like you've spent a few months advertising how rich you are (yes I know you claim you never meant to but regardless of intention we all know your loaded and your house is full of expensive stuff), how much nice stuff you have on the web and then invited a load of people round from the web that you've never met!

    PS - No offence to other forum user but FFS this is the web its open to everyone this isn't even on BB = mental but I sincerely hope it goes well for all who can make it.

    As I said earlier, it will be away from my home, im not actually sure where that came from. And I could say im so loaded that I can afford security but that would start the ball rolling again which wouldnt be a good idea so I wont do that.

    It's a great offer Vtech, good for you. In my westfield driving days we did lots of this with people we didn't know cept through the 7's forum. People who had never met stayed at others house, organised blats, arranged events for like minded people and helped each other out in the real world. No problems at all. Hope you all have a great time, and treat in the spirit it's meant.

    This is where the idea came from, we have done a few similar events with a car forum i used to be on.

    Not sure what everyone is having a go at Grill for I didn't think he was being rude, maybe its me but I've just read through the whole thread and I if he had put a :D in you could easily take his comments differently. Plus unlike other rude people (making personal and derogatory statements) we seem to have currently on BR he has suggested that he would come.
    Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.

I'm not that sure but I think really to dismiss myths surrounding carbon but it can be about most materials really, maybe giving insight into pros and cons of both as I have read a lot of what people say on here and there are a lot of wrong ideas about carbon and some of the guys who have commented in it that really do k ow a lot have been argued with.

    I only picked carbon as we work with it a lot but it could be something different, it could be a different topic altogether, I could arrange a bike fitter or trainer etc etc. I was thinking of a kind of meet as the main priority with a talk as an interesting point of reference really.

    how about june the 1st? i would be keen to attend but cannot come all the way from essex, however will be in worcester for the 4 days before on cricket business, and will have the bike with me for some riding around the malvern hills, stratford would be a piece of p*ss from there.

    if you are employed in f1 i wonder if you can you recommend an european grand prix to go to with a group of lads, we wish to slum it and stay on site for the grand prix, and have been told spa is the best for partying on site (camping wise), etc, however there has been talk of hungary. however working for a team you maybe dont know from the 'other side of the fence' as it were, so cant help me?

    Cool - I'm no expert myself & just interested in what sort of things would be covered. Yeah think it would be a good idea really for owners & none to cover what its good for & assume being in F1 your pretty much the guys to learn from!

    @Raffles- You're a bit late to the party, but hopefully you'll be on time to the barbecue. I was planning on wearing Castelli or Assos bibs, but if you're coming then I'll pick something up from Lidl. After all I wouldn't want to offend... :P
