    its great news, will make life easier for all!

    all i did in the gym was sit on mat and balance with arms locked out behind or hands under knees and transferring between positions. I've felt better after a 100mile sportive... just shows how much muscle I've lost.

    God only knows how I've missed your thread. Perhaps unconsciously avoiding bad news.
    Just read the whole thing and your determination and lack of self-pity just comes through really strongly. Hope you're not feeling too beaten up after the gym and all the very best for all the really hard work in the next few weeks

    thanks all.. was a bit slow over Xmas and the coffee shop was closed. But the family were up here on and off and brought up home cooked turkey dinner and home made mince pies.

    back to 'normal' today, OT and physio sessions.
