just had 2h of physio in the gym, now totally knackered! In other news, just been told I can go to Stanmore tomorrow!!!

Not Sure if that is good or bad news.

I'm sure you will be fitter than ever once the rehab is done.

its great news, will make life easier for all!

all i did in the gym was sit on mat and balance with arms locked out behind or hands under knees and transferring between positions. I've felt better after a 100mile sportive... just shows how much muscle I've lost.

    OB,

God only knows how I've missed your thread. Perhaps unconsciously avoiding bad news.
Just read the whole thing and your determination and lack of self-pity just comes through really strongly. Hope you're not feeling too beaten up after the gym and all the very best for all the really hard work in the next few weeks

Glad you're where you wanted to be. You say things are done differently, the important thing is how are the physios?

You guys are insatiable, I don't understand the thing for physios myself but here's one to keep you going.

  • Just stumbled across this thread - I don't post on here much. Here's to you, OB - great spirit that you're showing. Wish you the best of luck for the future.
  • thanks all.. was a bit slow over Xmas and the coffee shop was closed. But the family were up here on and off and brought up home cooked turkey dinner and home made mince pies.
