Can't wait to see Rob on the pavement outside the Morpeth on a frosty morning handing these out to work bound SCRers in personalised musettes.

Not really keeping it British is it, and its a 1 size fits all (or none)? €7 is cheap though! I'm happy to pay a little more to get something that's better fitting. The Walz caps seem to be well reviewed, I'll be able to add my thoughts when I get the one off of eBay that I've bought.

Unfortunately €7 hides the €150 design fee that I just noticed.

Keep 'em coming. It looks like we've got enough to warrant a serious enquiry. Any thoughts on a design? How about a simple SCR with the C highlighted in a cog? Or a chain through a pair of jockey wheels for the S? There's got to be someone artistic on here!

Looks good, just been looking round that site.

You could go the whole hog and design a complete SCR club kit. They handle taking all the orders, payments and even distribution. No min order unless there is less than 5 of any one item and total is less that 1500 eur. Might be interested in that.....

Maybe we can open it up to Cakestop to help us with the design. I'm sure they'd come up with some creative designs...

Club uses Champion Systems which is really nice kit. They have a 25 minimum order though...

Audax guys use Impsport who are from the UK - http://www.impsport.com/

Their website wasn't clear on custom caps so I emailed them and got this
Thank you for your recent enquiry. We can manufacture bespoke design cycling caps however there is a minimum order quantity of 6 for these.

Please find attached a copy of our Price List, Size Chart, Artwork Requirements, Postal Charges and New Customer Application Form. Also attached is a promotional flyer with an offer we are currently offering for new customers until December 2012.

Artwork is charged at a basic rate of £100 excl VAT. This includes minor additions and amendments. However, if you require more complex artwork then artwork is charged at an hourly rate of £50 thereafter. On all confirmed orders of 12 garments and above a refund of £50 will be given against the initial artwork charge.

Please note that the price list is banded into quantity ordered. The more you order the greater the discount you receive. This is based on the total quantity ordered from all our products ranges.

Our manufacturing lead times vary from time to time and start from the date we receive a confirmed order. During peak summer months, lead times can extend from 6 to 8 weeks. Equally during the quieter winter months, lead times can reduce from 6 to 4 weeks. We encourage all our customers to place an order at the same time as placing their artwork. This enables us to schedule the order into our production planning process and meet our customer’s deadlines. Lead times can only be confirmed once an order is placed.

Attachments say cotton cap is £7.50 each for order of 13 to 99.

25 caps would mean £50 for artwork so £9.50 per cap.

Nice one Pangolin. Do they do non-cotton caps? The ones on their site all look like cotton.

Hmm nope the only cap on the pricelist is 'Cotton Twill'.

Other products include "Overshoes - Slippery Pimp" (rubberised) and "Impsport Custom Snood" (cooltec lycra).

Oh - just noticed the 'offers' attachment which says any orders for new customers placed before 31st December get their artwork free! So it's just a flat £7.50 per cap I guess.

PM me if you want me to forward you the pdf's.

Just over $17 each with 14 of us, or $13.75 if there are 24.

13.75 US dollars = 8.5345 British pounds sterling

But bear in mind import dutues might wack that up to dollar price in pounds. Easy to get stung from the US though you can be lucky.
