I hear there is a direct inverse relationship between the size of one's thighs and the size of one's intelligence.

Yeah I just saw that, and so my theory of the relationship between thigh size and intelligence falls down what with Samu being a skinny fecker.
But seriously, engage brain before opening mouth, especially if someone is pointing a camera/microphone in your face. Is it really that hard? :roll:Correlation is not causation.0 -

If he said that again today, then that's the second time since 24 August he's said it, so I'd say he truly does believe it.0 -
Prudhomme wants Armstrong to pay back the prize money...$3m....

Damn my theory is obviously complete nonsense what with Greipel, Kittel too by the looks of his Twitter. And if I take myself as a subject it would mean I was a total moron.

I'm trying to tweet back to riders that say positive things to let them know that fanbois like us really do appreciate it. That way if someone in the peloton trys to pull an Armstrong they know that the people at the side of the road are with them. I'm only one insignificant nobody though so if others could join in with me....?We're in danger of confusing passion with incompetence

Armstrong, Bruyneel and others will surely have their strategies planned out for the day of reckoning when they are chased to pay back winnings. After all, they've had years to invest and acquire additional wealth.0

Intresting comment from McQuaid - "The UCI has nothing to hide in light of the USADA report". I'm not sure that's true is it Pat?0 -
Just read JB's statement over Reasoned Decision
In case it hasn't been posted:
I have received many questions about USADA’s case pending against me, particularly since it published its “Reasoned Decision” last week. However, in deference to the on-going legal proceedings, I will only be able to share my account of events once legal proceedings are over. While I am still stunned that USADA chose to breach the confidentiality of the proceedings it initiated against me, I shall nevertheless not allow myself to be reduced to such tactics.
In response to recent speculation, I will continue to be involved in legal proceedings relating to USADA’s proposed charges as long as I believe that I am still able to receive a fair hearing and that my defence has not been permanently prejudiced by USADA’s act. However, rest assured that the time will come when I will share with you a balanced account of events.

Sounds like he will use the publicity and general negative press Armstrong has got as his defense, i.e. that he can't now get a fair hearing.0

To be fair, he does have a point. I'd rather see him have the balls to be honest though, rather than exploit public opinion to try and wriggle out of due process.0 -

This is a good idea. Unfortunately I use my twitter for work/self-promotion and all my many (ahem ) followers might wonder why I was suddenly tweeting encouraging tweets to cyclists rather than the usual mirth and cynicism about European Union politics (yes I am that sad). When I joined twitter I made a pact with myself not to post anything non-work related. This is why I need another twitter identity but managing one account is hard enough. Can I give them a friendly poke on facebook instead?Correlation is not causation.0 -

I think everyone wants to see a bit of honesty. Only problem is we all want honesty about others, but if it's about ourselves we will most likely "try and wiggle out of due process".0 -
