No, but maybe we had better get back on topic before the rest of the troops revolt.

  • 10 questions Walsh would ask Lance Armstrong
The Sunday Times has taken the bold move of placing an open letter in the Chicago Tribune in which they pose 10 questions Oprah Winfrey should ask Lance Armstrong.
    http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/10-ques ... -armstrong

A couple of other ones that I'd like to see answered
    1. Was the UCI complicit?
    2. Did Saugy confirm how EPO tests worked and how cheating was possible?
    3. Was any of your sponsors aware what was going on / involved in the drugs programme?

    Other:
    1. Regarding the Lemond - Trek issue, I really hope there is a case for Lemond to take any legal action.
    2. If LA admits to doping then JB is cornered. Not sure what options there still are available to him.
    3. Personally if LA would assist investigators then I wouldn't mind if his sentence is cut short. However, I would still like to see a 10+ year punishment, which is enough to keep him out of action for some time. It's not so much the cheating (drugs) that is bothering me but much more the intimitation, abuse of influence, defrauding anyone that he made believe in livestrong etc.
If I were to compete to LA in another sport I would always question his honesty as passing drugs tests clearly isn't a valid point of reference anymore.

Was Betsy telling the truth when she said you'd told the Dr's what PEDs you took?

Whether she was telling the truth or not is something of a moot point. What's hard for me to imagine is that if LA was taking PED's that he wouldn't tell his cancer Doctors. Life or death on the line and you don't come clean??? And yes I know about Dr. House's "everyone lies" theory. Hard to believe that he wouldn't, at some time, tell them this. After all, at the very least, he knows it's confidential AND it could save his life.

In any case unless some Doctor breaks his oath or someone in the hospital record department decides to make a dollar or two, we may never know.

You really are an idiot are you. Besey was THERE when he told the doctors what he had used. Armstrong has denied the conversation ever took place. Phil wants to know if that denial is true or false, i.e. has he been lying through his teeth about her for however many years.

Your post on the other had is totally irrelevant

Phil will have to wait for either an LA confession, A Doctor breaking the code, or hospital records.

Myself on the other hand was only making a comment about the possibilities involved.
And yes, I knew she had claimed to be there.

I'll PM you to get your thumbs up or thumbs down and / or censoring for the rest of my posts, before exposing them to public view.

    It would seem most likely.

    Your missing the point entirely.
its just a question I'd like to see him asked.
I don't really give a monkeys what he answers, I just want to see him asked the question. OK?

Yes, and I know its not going to happen.

I knew what your point was. I was simply commenting on what I thought might have went down that fateful day.
Although I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the question IS asked. I even think he would most likely answer it, as it's
"small potatoes", if you will, compared to most other things he could confess to. All he has to do is say "Yes, I told my Doctors everything". What he told them may not come out in detail but simply saying you told you Doctors whatever they asked about wouldn't seem to be any problem. Plus there is always the Doctor - patient confidentiality thing.

You don't need to be the centre of every discussion on the thread, Dennis. You argue every point and ruin the discussion all the time because you have nothing reasonable to add except some guff that misses the point. If you don't have anything useful or pertinent to add please say nothing at all so the rest of us can read interesting posts.

  • Do you feel like a choad right now?

When you chased down Simeoni, it effectively proved you a doper to a large number of watchers. Given the coverage this received, do you regret so obviously exposing the omerta?

It's impressive that you managed to keep this under wraps for such a long time. Do you think there's anything you could've done differently to keep it all secret?

  • Re dennisn posts,
Its very simple folks - just ignore him. He obviously gets some kind of thrill out of the attention here.
Every-time someone replies to his inane posts here he must get some kind of pleasure that justifies his insistence to argue that black is white.
He will continue with this while peeps here continue to respond to him
Just ignore him folks and move on.
    Can I upgrade???

yeah, but when you can comprehensively tie him in knots it's just too much fun!

Lets face it, while we wait for the actual interview there's nothing else to do. Even the team kits are out now!

What do you reckon Lance is going to pay Landis to drop the lawsuit at DoJ? See it reported he's made friendly approach to Landis.

Good question. Landis is reportedly not living high on the hog (and I dont mean Bruyneel)
