surely he'd be dead with that temperature?0 -

Brice Feillu (Saur-Sojasun) is in last place in the overall GC and now we know why - the Frenchman has been struggling with a 42-degree fever...
Straight from cycling news live feed so it must be right....:/
Wiki says "Damage to the brain generally does not occur until temperatures reach 42 °C" which is evident I suppose as he's riding the tdf with a fever0 -

Mr Sharp
Just saw it on the BBC feed :P0 -
Didn't get a proper look, but looked like Tony Martin was on a Roubaix today!?!?
Maybe to take some pressure off the arm\wrist?
Could be totally wrong though...

Winning solo in a race that about 7 people worldwide are following (that includes the riders) - that'll show 'em!
PS you mean stage 3. There were two before today but no-one noticed.0 -

You can only beat what's put in front of you."In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"

Did they also ban the UCI for failing to notify him in time?0 -

What has he done?
Missed 3 tests due to not keeping his whereabouts updated.
But the UCI didn't tell him in time so that's why it went to CASFckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.0 -
For one "missed test" he failed to provide his future whereabouts by the approprate quarter date, but did provide it before the actual dates in question - so no actual missed test. It's therefore very much on par with the UCI not informing him on time.0

Like the shot just there of Nabali and team mates drafting the team car trying to get back....0
