So Longo is competing. Still. She came 5th. Either she is too old at 54 now or not doping. Either way, she still knows how to ride the big ring.

    The hottie Prevot came 1st.

This course only took 36mins to complete....

Need someone to do the jersey proud. A bit like this:

I was really looking forward to having some amazing short of Gilbert in that kit racing this year. The kit is the best National kit and goes very well in photos. Sadly I have none.

    Canc won the Swiss TT.

    No way.

I had maybe no photos of him this year TTing as the WhackShack kit is so bad. Glad he is back in the great colours.

    Classic FF line.

Seems the Dutch organisers understand that TTs are dull.

TT through Longleat Safari Park would be epic.

Especially through the enclosures - everyone speeding up through the lion enclosure, monkeys nicking water bottles etc etc

Only because a monkey like you could jump onto Cancellara's back and ride him like a racehorse.

Nice work Chavanel. Been really trying to get this discipline back on course and it has paid big dividends.

  • Going back to our national RR, I was riding with a Metaltek rider at the weekend and he was talking about going to the nationals. I wouldn't be putting my money on him in North Yorks, far too much crit riding and not enough climbing.

There are so many tiers of "pros" nowdays it almost debases the term "pro cyclist"

Depends who you are I guess. The last few seasons even with the Halfords Tour series I know a few lads who were training through them (Usually a few hours on the morning too) as well as RRs or Prems on the weekends. It's still possible.

U23 I believe. He creamed the field. Will be a big star in a few years.

Damn that boy is 19 years old and went a minute faster than the best over 23...........!

Looking at his palmares, looks like you are right. 1st Fleche de Sud. 1st Paris Roubaix Espoirs (I think this is where I heard his name before as you dont forget a name like Jungels). 9th TourdeLux.
