Hey, maybe you've discovered something that all the pro riders, DSs, coaches, sports scientists, and everyone involved in cycling hasn't worked out yet. You could join a pro team and revolutionise cycling as you leave them all standing on the hills ;-)

That's kind of my point: that the pro's AREN'T doing what the coaches, DS's, sport scientists, etc seem to advocate.

    TYLER CRASHES OUT

    Haha no way.

    Again?

Will Eurosport attribute fault to him this time?

Cav had a 'non-serious' fall on the big climb of the day. Presumably on the way down, else he's worse than Menchov.

I have, tried to clip back in from a standing start half way up a 25% climb, hadn't been clipless for long...sad times.

Looks like the break could be in with a chance today.

From the number of logos on Rubiano's kit, Savio must arrange all his sponsorship through "justgiving.com"

I'm trying to think of a scenario where I haven't crashed.
I even crashed into a heap pushing my bike one time!

Brambilla attacked hard out the peloton. Thought that was Poz for a while.

Lots of hesitation in the bunch now. Good for Rubiano.

There'll be few heads done in tonight when they realise they've got another 9 stages of this before the next rest day...

Classy win. Very impressive. Pleased with that courageous riding. A win to remember and be proud of.

Was that Goss winning the peloton sprint?
