Balls forgot to set this to record - and my sky box isn't set up to program it remotely.

    Ah well.

    Series link?

    S'alright saying that now.

Bit late for this one but try (series link) saved my ass a few times but not sure about it going into third week on the link might need to do it again.

    Series link irritates me.

I usually forget and end up with 12hrs of HD cycling and then run out of space for stuff I DO want to watch.

Normally I'm quite good at cherry picking the stages I want to watch in full.

That trophy was only 6 inches big before she picked it up.

Which also implies that it was modelled on the penis of the Muscovy duck!

Must say I find somewhat worrying that you either new this and/or researched it

    I usually forget...

Seems like we have a pattern emerging.

Looking forward to today's stage after a week of "not very interesting" stages. Hope it lives up to my expectations!

I delete most of that which I have seen but no doubt you will find that irritating

It's not that. It's the 20hrs of HD Big bang theory the GF insists on keeping :p.

I'm bit Hitler with the old delete button.

Looks like it's full on, today.
    Big break, big chase.
Come the first real climb and Hushovd abandons, Farrar and Guardini already dropped, 125kms from the finish!

Hushovd definately not right this season - this is his sort of stage I would have thought.

28 different riders picked in PTP for today's stage. Pozzato the fav, closely followed by Goss.

In the breakaway... I see Jack Bauer's forging a new post CTU career

Just got 120 on Cav on Betfair. At those odds worth a punt.

No. Those odds should be saying 'not a hope in hell - easy money for the bookies'. !

Having said that, the best odds I've seen for Cav are 51 with 18 being more normal.

Goss is favorite at 8 or 7, with Bennati & Pozzato at 9 or 10 with Gasparoto at 14.

    Keep up Cleat ;).

He's been ill since March. Why bother starting the Giro if he still can't get over whatever it is that's been ailing him? I'm not a doctor but doing a three week bike race is probably not the best way to get back to full health.

Thanks for the explanation. Team pressure? Or more likely frustration and impatience from himself?

Lastras has hit the deck - he looks a bit broken. Sitting up and conscious but the race doc is attending. Collarbone?

They are reporting that Jack Bauer as gone arse over tit off the edge of the road and fallen , but is back up and on the bike

Edit: Not sure how true that was - Bauer in still in the break and looks rather unscuffed

The stages used to be tailored for Bettini. It's even in Tuscany FFS!

Rick - wrong coast - Le Marche is the region. Just over 10km to Montelupone. Goodbye to Goss with any luck;)
