I'd be very frustrated. He lost a TdF Green jersey over less than Petacchi did today

Love Cavy's reaction at the end. The wanker tries to slap Petacchi. Too bad Cavy didn't slip his front tire and do a face plant.

    No you don't.
So he doesn't always get the rub of the green. Nobody does.
I'd say he's doing pretty well out of the sport, compared to just about everyone else.
Plus, HTC cater for his every need.

All he needs to find is 5% and it won't matter what sprint tactics the rest employ.

(however, i don't speak like i have a mouth full of marbles...can anyone outside of England figure out what he is saying without a isle of man translator?)

But just think how distraught he is right now- with only Peta Todd and the pink jersey to console him.

If Pettachi and Cav could have swopped places today, you can bet your cotton socks that Cav would have been relegated and Pettachi would still have won.

Why are people constantly feeding the troll......ignore him, he'll soon be on his merry little way.

Boring stage today, boring sprint too really......dodgy by asthma jet, but not enough to see an Italian winner of the the first Giro sprint stage relegated imo.....roll on some mountains!

    Bunch sprint tomorrow?

Cav having a go at Hunter now on Twitter and to be honest he is pi**ing all over him.

Cav is not a person I would like to get in a slanging match with.

    Cavs tweets:

@RobbieHunter so that means you won't ever shout at Renshaw again when you hit handlebars in a sprint? Nothing wrong with contact sprinting?

So @mcewenrobbie, will you join me in a campaign for #onesetofrulesforeveryone? Read my tweets...

For tomorrow, last kms up close below. Looks like a rider or few could go clear and hold out either from the first or 2nd (uncategorised) hill which are reasonable average gradients. Could be quite interesting. If Vino was riding my money would be on him.
