    Heh heh ;)

I can't help I'm afraid as mine fit bob on :c

Is it rubbing on the tyre?

    If so -

Have you only done the cable tie over the brake up loosely (it should be)...

no did the front one first and tied tight over the brake - the wheel runs smoothly. So did the same for the back but rubbing at the brake, i actually think its the rubber pads pushing it down. will get more cable ties later and retry.

    thks

The Mk 1s on my Cannondale are tight as a gnat's arse... These look a bit wider. Are they?

do like the look of the new ones,

I have a pair of the mk1 version and they have been great. Only prob is that they are starting to rub on the front tyre.
Is there anywhere that you can buy replacement bits for them as I lost the extension bit on the front guard.

Go to the crud website they will send you any bits you need for the price of the stamps.

Just wide enough to allow for 25mm tyres... I dunno, 27mm?

Don't know what the postage charge is in the shop website but is free through their ebay store.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

Unfortunately not mate, you would be best getting something like SKS Chromoplastics and using P-Clips to secure them, others may have better suggestions...

You have disc brakes (I assume), there is no brake bridge to attach them to...

If you can squeeze a 5mm allen key between tyre and brake then yes...

i got a set of the Mk.2s last week for my fixed but I'm not convinced. I've just been in my LBS and they had a set of Bontrager Nebula mg's in and they look good (but prob. not for v.close clearance)

What's the problem with them? Let Crud know!

It's a fixed with V brakes so nowhere to effectively hang the rear zip-tie. Plus they flap about. I can see that on a race bike they will work well, I was somehow expecting more but it's the more about the bike.

Aaah, roger. They don't flap about on a race bike which, to be fair, is the intended use.

Would you be able to use normal mudguards with P-Clips?

The fixed has mg eyes but those stays break etc so I was looking for a better solution. The Bonty ones look quite good. A new fixed with deep drop brakes would be nice (hammer to crack a nut there!)

Try the bontrager ones, you are supposed to be able to remove them very easily...

    Hi there.
Is it possible to get the lugs for crude and use them with sks chromoplastics? If not where is the best place to get the P-Clips from?
    Thanks
