Looking good fro Nant guys.
Sunday me Paul Ian Sean and Phil are exploring, looking for some new stuff.
This can be a bit of a slog as we are up and down dale and walking some stuff to find routes.
Hopefully by next week we will have some new stuff. 8)
Next weekend i think is the Mountain Mayhem. Paul has a team in it so will be going up there. Gareth, let me know if you fancy coming up on the Saturday for the day. Room for 3 others as well.
Leon are you coming as I have some beer tokens for you.

Was hoping for it to be here yesterday but Monday is on the cards. Start thinking about an uplift days guys, won't be happening imminently but it's on the cards.

Found 2 bikes two bike to decide between now, so just gotta see how much I get paid (and if they're still in stock!)

Either the Mondraker Prayer or the Scott Voltage FR20.

Just a bit wary that the Voltage only comes in long or short so I need to study the geometry

Alright guys.

Had a good session today over the dh in mountain ash. WDMBA are doing a lot of work over there over the next few weeks before the races in july start. My mate took a nasty one over the handlebars. Very lucky to have a fullface on, did exactly the job it was supposed to. Could have been a real nasty one otherwise.

i'm hoping to get out for an evening ride this week though so let me know what you're all up to i'd be interested in the uplift aswell

Out today for a good few hours so I think I have used my biking hours up for this week and the weather looks a bit grim for the morning Have a good one lads.

So had a great run up and down cwm tonight.

The sun come out and was very nice. went up with my best mate. he had only riden his bike a few times and it was his first go up cwm, but was very good on the first few uphills.

He made it over the roots after the brige which i was unable to do, he just used pure determination to make it over. Which give me some things to think about next time i go up.

But i did make it myself over a lot of thing i have not before so overall i was very happy.

downhill i had some great runs. my only real problems are after the last hill on the downhill there is a big drop on the left. i wimp out and slow down. need to work on that bit with some more balls.

The last section was very good. again i messed up the last coner with the logs on the exit. that also something i need to work on.

but what are my problems. my m8 did not have a good last run.

so back on that last section my m8 was using all 4 fingers to brake, then it happend:

so it come off and hit him in the leg hard. the front wheel went sidewords and he went over the bars. but he lives to fight another day.

i think is legs and bum are hurting more then the cut
